United States of AmericaThere were some drawbacks. When we checked into our room and tried to use the coffee maker, we found that it had not been cleaned from usage by the last guest. The water container was full of old coffee, the filter tray still had a coffee pod, and there was a used cup in the dispenser. There were no other cups provided. Also, in the breakfast room, they did not offer tea bags.
The beds in the room were adequate. The wifi was also adequate. There is also a nice pool on the premises, although we did not use it. The location is also close to a grocery store if needed.

BelgiumThe hotel does not seem to be maintained very well. My room was very dark. The smoke detector was hanging loose. Furniture is looking pretty beat up. I have stayed here before, 2 years ago, but it has not progressed in the right direction I'm afraid.

CanadaThis hotel was probably awesome in its prime but it is well past that and they don't seem to care and are still charging premium hotel rates. All ice machines were broken, and we were told to buy ice and coolers if we needed them. The damage in our room was so substantial I went to the front desk with Pictures as I didn't want to be charged for them (I've read other hotels rip people off like this, thankfully this hotel does not do that), they didn't care about any of the damages, just said yea our housekeeping staff know what's already damaged and what would be new don't worry about it. The curtains/blinds were paper and being held on by tape(I had to ask for more tape to redo it as they were falling. The bathroom door was split and didn't open or close properly. 1 of the 2 beds felt like it was going to collapse at any moment. The room was not very clean (surface clean only), the carpet was grungy and there were crumbs and grossness by the beds and windows. There was supposed to be a hot tub, but when I asked the front desk where it was she said yea they took that out years ago and haven't removed it from the amenities list. The price we paid at this hotel for 1 night reflects that of a high-end/almost luxury hotel in any big city but is nowhere near what is promised on their website or booking.com's website. We made the best of our short overnight getaway by enjoying the amazing people and town/city. Next time we are in town we will choose to stay elsewhere.
The breakfast was fairly standard and plentiful. The pre-toasted bread was odd but helped ensure there wasn't a big lineup. The space between tables in the dining room was tight but the hotel seemed quite full. The location was fantastic as it's close to everything! The mirror in the bathroom was really neat/nice, its sad that this was a highlight. The evening/overnight gentleman was awesome, very friendly, and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and what you could find in town.

If I could give this hotel a zero, I would. So disappointing when they are only one of two in town. It was filthy with dog hair in halls & rooms not vacuumed, stains in carpet, musty smells, hallways were dirty, front door of building looked like some kind of milk or maybe puke running down it. We stayed two nights and it was never cleaned off. Chair in one of the rooms look like something was spilled all over it. Breakfast was dried up stuff and just very unappetizing looking hot food, overall -super disappointed as a large number of our family came there for a funeral and the added stress of gross motel rooms did not help.

The staff were superb. They helped my elderly parents with their luggage to their room and showed them how to work the t.v. The breakfasts were fantastic. I can't say enough on how courteous and helpful the staff was.

United States of AmericaOur room was 85° when we arrived. The pool was down for maintenance/remodeling and no one informed us. The mirrors were silvering and had large silver circles in them that you couldn't see through. The lamp literally sparked when we turned it on. It was difficult for us to even get in the door as it would stick and you really had to push hard to get it open.
The staff was understanding.

Breakfast both days were good. Friendly staff. Bad; No pool was not expected. The juice dispenser was out of order and the toilet wasn't working right and the bathroom ceiling had black mold and ceiling falling in above bathtub in the corner.

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived to check in, I said I had reserved 3 double queen rooms. She said she only had one left and only received the reservation from Booking.com for one room. I was astounded. I was holding my confirmation and showing her the electronic confirmation in my phone, but she insisted they only had one room request. We almost left. Then, she started offering different, more expensive rooms available -- at a discounted rate. Our travelers had been on the road many hours and were looking forward to the hot tub for therapeutic purposes. We learned it wasn't working. Very disappointing. We would have booked elsewhere. We were not able to have our rooms near each other.
Hotel provided concierge free dinner and two drinks. Breakfast delivered to the room, complimentary.
