The ONLY thing (and I’m truly grasping at straws here) is that it would have been helpful to have a little instruction guide for how to work the HVAC unit. Ours was a little finicky & though we eventually figured it out, instructions would have been helpful since it was a newer unit and a little different than the units we’re used to.

We loved that the location was a VERY easy walk into the heart of Solvang while still being a little quieter and more private than the hotels on the main stretch. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean, and we had a really wonderful time. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a beautiful property tucked in a quiet part of town. It is so clean, which we really appreciated. The location is within walking distance to downtown shopping & restaurants. We are so happy we found this place, thanks to Booking.com. The staff was very helpful when we discovered we had left items in our room after we had checked out. Thanks Tammy!

Probably the most cozy place in Solvang. We've stayed there before in a different building, but the building that we stayed at still had the same feeling of warmth. Everything was clean and we had ample space to move around.

This relates to the town, not the hotel: It was very crowded in the main business area. I knew it was a tourist attraction, but I didn’t expect it to be thronged on a Tuesday afternoon. It might just be because the Jul festival was still on.

Having a full kitchen was awesome. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was very large for a hotel room. The interior was very modern. The property was lovely, and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe, despite being a 5 minute walk from the Main Street. They had free parking and provided free bicycles to borrow.

The only complaint we have is that the water pressure in the shower is waaay to low. And we did have some trouble with the air conditioning unit (it would not change from hot to cold), so we had to keep it off and keep the window opened because the room got uncomfortably hot.

This was probably one of the best places we stayed in. We will be booking a room with New Haven Inn every time we come to Solvang!

This was the most impressive stay I have had in my 40 years of extensive travel stays. We were completely blown away by the love and attention to every detail in the Penthouse Suite... they spared no expense on the luxury found in every room.. we felt like Royalty during our stay
