When I opened door there was a bicycle, stuff everywhere like someone lived there!! So went back and given another room on 2nd floor which I had requested through booking a ground floor which was where the 1st room was. I recommend doing more research and read reviews which i didn’t. I hope I can sleep tonite😬

The building my family stayed in has a roach infestation. Roaches were everywhere,live and dead. Nesting behind the television and the smoke detector. We booked a quad and ended up in a Queen. No refunds or partial refunds were offered. Hairs in the sink and shower. Might I add that when you own a motel and live there, I highly doubt that the space you reside in is in the same condition as the ones offered to the patrons. We slept with the lights on and a can of raid. Wifi was mediocre.

The staff tried to be as accommodating as possible by moving us 3 times. It was pet friendly. Cable was great with a nice selection of channels. Friendly housekeeping and front desk.

When it came time to check out. Was a completely different senerio. Now my wife and I have stayed here off and on over the past year. A couple times for a month or two straight and few times for just a week or two or just a few days whatever we could afford. We always seemed to be treated fair for the most part except for this last time I work graveyard shifts and they knew my hours very well and would be good about not bothering us early knowing that I sleep most of the daylight hours. Even when I would sleep past my alarm to be up and either out before checkout or to run down and pay for more days or another week they was usually pretty cool about it. Well this time I got up 45 mins before check out and was in the process of packing our things and my wife was at work with our vehicle which was literally a 2 min drive the next block over. Well she had to rush to bring me the vehicle so I could pack it and our dogs and needed me drop her off back at work at another location 5 mins down the road. Well I made sure to info them that I needed an extra 20 mins to get her back to work so she wasn't late and get back to finish getting my things and dogs from the room while my nephew was staying there packing for me and making sure the dogs weren't left alone. Well the manager or whoever he was came knocking on the door almost right after I pulled out to run my wife back to work and started being rude and rushing my nephew and kept pushing the door back open when my nephew would close it but leave it cracked so it wasn't locked or shut so my dogs wouldn't try running out the door and the manager kept pushing the door back open and and making it harder for my nephew to get anything done then when I arrived back 15 mins later he started being rude to me and at one pont threaten to call the cops to have me forced off the lot.

Long as I had my room paid for and didn't have any complaints from anyone else staying there they pretty much left me alone and just checked each morning when housekeeping came thru.

Cock roaches, crazy loud neighbors, filthy microwave, black mold, very small room, flooring coming up, room door literally falling apart at the bottom and weak, house keeping relentlessly knocking and sporadic on what days and times they came by, parking is very tight, price fluxuations on the weekends. Room faced the interstate, so tons of road/car noise. I understand parts of the hotel are being renovated, but our section feels very neglected. If I had the ability, I would not stay here nor would I recommend it unless you are desperate or only staying a night or two max. Ask for a room closer to the front as well.

If you get room with carpet it was like walking in the mud but they were in transition of remodeling. Rooms for more straightened then cleaned, under and behind things were dirty and stained. Pat playing on floor against baseboard got something in their fur like a dust mite that cause irritation and scratching, you could literally see their fur moving and separating.

My son seen food stains on the sheets, which was unpleasant, but it wasn’t a big deal. What bothered me was the heavy cigarette smell you get from using the AC/Heater unit.

The shower was strong and hot.

The room was dated and dirty. The door did not shut all the way-I had to kick the bottom of it to make it close completely. It was very loud-people and music were very loud all through the night. Did not feel safe here.

Stains on the comforter; it had been laundered but probably should have been replaced. One of the bed sheets had an old cigarette burn; again, probably should have been replaced. It was obvious that the bathroom floor had not been mopped; there was dried urine splattered on the floor in front of the toilet.

Good water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed. Location was easy to find and close to eateries.
