To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaMy bed had plastic wrapped around it like it was brand new and they forgot to take it off. I asked for 12 checkout and told no cuz I'm not choice member so I left early. My room was handicap so it had big shower with handheld sprayer which didn't have anywhere to hang above my head while showering.
I didn't have the breakfast but it looked pretty basic.

United States of AmericaThe king bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. No tissue to blow nose. Breakfast was minimal but what do you expect for a low priced hotel. We were by a small courtyard which was noisy late into the night.
We like the location and the shuttle service to Disney.

HungaryThe breakfast was terrible, only sweets were available: pancakes and toast with jam. The dining room was very small and dirty. The bead was very old and not comfortable at all. The toilet paper was extremely thin.
The price was low and the staff was kind. There is a washing machine and dryer. It did not wok with bank cards, but we had to install a mobile app and got one free washing and drying. The towels were changed every day.

ColombiaCons: Habitación muy pequeña, la cama estaba pegada al aire, lo cual recibí todo el aire en mi espalda( room too small, one bed it stuck in the A/C, and i felt all air flow in my back), accesorios oxidados en los baños (Rusty apply in bathroom), mejorar limpieza en sabanas y toallas (improve cleaning in towel and sheet). Mattrees it's new but please remover the cover ( colchón nuevo, pero por favor quite el plástico protector)
Pro: ubicación y precio (location and price). Check in sencillo (Easy check in), pedimos cambio de habitación y fue rápido (we request a room chance and they do it quickly), friendly staff.

Or to quiet it down and not drink and do drugs at picnic tables.Should be family friendly.

United States of AmericaThe stay was fine until the last night we were there, when my 2 year old got sick and vomited on the bed. When I asked staff for clean linens and towels, I was berated for using their towels to clean up vomit, and scolded for soiling the linens. The staff told me that if I didn't take the dirty linens and towels back from the staff and wash them myself, I'd lose my security deposit. Then they reluctantly gave me 2 towels and sent me away. I have never been so embarrassed or shamed for something like this. Kids get sick. The staff cold hearted and cruel and money hungry. I washed everything and am waiting to see if I get my deposit back.
Rita, at the front desk was kind and helpful. The pool was clean and refreshing.
