There was not enough food for breakfast. Cold and hard biscuits. The the gravy was cold and sticky. I felt bad for people coming ready to have breakfast with their kids, and the containers were empty. One of the attendants was there but she didn’t do anything for them. Thad the only reason why I won’t give them a 10 .

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

As a partially disabled person, I assumed that reserving a "King Room Accessible" room would provide me a roll-in/walk-in shower, so I was most disappointed to find a step-in tub, but complete with grab bars and seat which did me no good since I can't use a step-in tub. I assumed that was all the facility had, skipped a much-desired shower, and since it was late, just went to bed. Upon checkout next morning (Sept 29 @ 9:15), I asked the desk clerk if that was the only type of shower they had on site. All she said was, "No, we have the roll-in showers as well, in fact, in the room right next to yours". Period! (She didn't say if the room was already taken or not). She offered NO APOLOGY and gave me no reason why the mistake was made, and frankly acted like she didn't care! Due to her response and the lack of clarity in "accessible" features in booking, I left with a very bad feeling about the hotel in general, even though everything else other than the shower and the grumpy morning desk clerk, was very nice. Plus, the price point was a bit high, so I doubt I will ever book here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and ALL of the expected amenities were present and nicely presented. The desk clerk at check-in (eve Sept 28th) was friendly, courteous, gracious, and most helpful. The clerk the next morning at check-out, not so much!

Cleaners woke us up at 730am on our 1st morning making noise and speaking loud outside our door. The strange thing was the cleaners were in the area of our room until the afternoon yet there is 3 floors? . 2 doors in room were faulty.

Decent room, had microwave, fridge and sink . Overall a nice room.Breakfast was good. Pool was decent but older.

The parking lot configuration was a little peculiar. I was on the second floor on the side of the hotel that backed up to another property, so I couldn't park where I could see my vehicle.

Very nice front desk. Convenient location just off US 2 in Monroe. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was hot with various options. It was a good stay off the road for a night.

There was no door on the closet, the old metal tract space was there and dirty. The wallpaper had some noticeable small tears in the bathroom.

When we arrived they had equipment parked in front blocking the doorway. There were no signs. We initially thought the location was closed. I understand they were doing work on the front of the building, but it was a mess and was kind of ridiculous that it looked that way and certainly not worth the $120 we paid.
