I had an issue with the timing of the cleaning of the room and called twice to the front desk , however the woman on the phone was short with me and told me they were very busy. It was 3:00pm when they finally came up to clean. I called twice and she said it would maybe take up to 5:00. That was ridiculous. The breakfast was good the first morning but they ran out of hot water the next, how can you run out of hot water. They also served bagels but no cream cheese. The person in the morning in the breakfast room was awesome, he was very nice and attentive, I just think he was limited in what he had to put out. It seems that for such a high end place they could have planned the breakfast with supplied it better. I didn't go down to eat late either, it was before 7-8 every morning. My room was on the 19th floor and on the 4th day of my 7 days, one elevator was out. All the guest were left with one elevator and that was hard because it filled up fast and many times I waited for it to go up and come back down.

The room was just beautiful and one day I was sick and they brought me up soda right away. It was very clean and mostly everyone was so kind and welcoming. The quality of the site was very good and I would recommend this site to people. I liked how close the transportation was as well and the access to shopping was a plus.

Our only gripe was that the Body Wash and Conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty.

The breakfast selection was not great and on our last morning there was nothing left except coffee and yoghurt even though there was still 30/40 mins of breakfast time left.

Location was excellent, right beside subway station. Staff were amazing and so friendly and willing to help. Free refreshments in the mini bar was a nice added touch.

Had booked a deluxe king but initial room we got was much smaller than described and was a queen not a king bed. Beds in the double room were barely a double and unlikely to fit 2 adults. Teen and child sharing found them small. Rooms were expensive given there was lots of booking availability everyday we were there. Breakfast wasn’t good. Pastries often looked overcooked and coffee not great. Charging 50 dollars an hour for any late check out when on same night plenty rooms available at a fee of 150 for the whole night seemed unreasonable. Staff seem very policy driven as opposed to being able adapt offering to enhance customer care

The location of this hotel is great, near a subway and walking distance to most areas. Feels safe even at night. Once you get one of the bigger rooms they are a good size and comfortable. Daily housekeeping is great too.

The room I booked is not the room I received and there wasn't an option to change rooms when I arrived. I requested a king suite as I needed a desk. I'm sure the room I got was just a queen jr. The carpets were dirty: boot prints and noticeable stains. It's winter, and the balcony door was wide open when I entered.

Check in was quick, staff were nice. The amount of times I've stayed in a hotel with no one at the front desk is shocking. Someone was always around to answer the phone.

Maybe I didn’t read the the description properly but there is a terrace with a bar that is closed. Complimentary beers and water on the first night and that was it for the remainder of our stay.

Breakfast was lacking healthy options and eggs were rubbery. Cooked egg option and more fresh fruit would have been nice. No decaf coffee. Good size room and bathroom but not enough hooks in the bathroom. Housekeeping did not leave enough towels for our party of four daily.

Coffee at breakfast wasn't great. It would be nice to add an espresso machine. Room wasn't super clean and toilet wobbled. Also, the sliding door to the bathroom doesn't give you much privacy. Bedsheets were a bit rough. price isa bit high for the quality.

Breakfast was great. Nice selection. Location is ideal as you're right in the middle of the island. Bed was very comfortable and the room terrace is great.
