The only thing I would recommend is that there be at least one mirror in each room. We were 4 women and it was very difficult when it came to wanting to get ready and put on makeup all at the same time. But from there on out everything is perfect.

The place is very clean and comfortable. Cover all your needs. I highly recommend this place, of course I will gladly return to this place.

We loved the atmosphere, it gives off a “home away from home” vibe. It’s very spacious, private , and clean! The host was awesome, any questions or concerns we had he attended to them right away with very little effort on our end! Must say this is by far one of my favorite places!

The property was nice! I would give 10/10 but the only complaint I had was the fact that it wasn’t very kid friendly and there wasn’t any cooking utensils. However, we dealt with David during our stay and he was very helpful and accommodating and super responsive! Would stay again!

Air conditioning in bedrooms does not cool very well. Only one bathroom. No stove. No working wifi. Roku not working! LOCATION IS TERRIBLE!!! Full size beds,Too small!

Arriving late in the evening there were no street lights plus no signage, so I ended up driving up and down the road !!! The only way I found it was calling the Host and he guided me to the entrance. The driveway was an extremely bumpy dirt road in between two runned down businesses (Used Auto and Used Tires) and the Apartment Building, which consisted of four (4) Apartments was at the end of the street. The last house before the apartment has two (2) big loud barking dogs, which is very annoying. There is a very active and very noisy train railway which will be heard between 1-2 am by a very loud air horn (one conductor is very conscious with the noise level of the horn) - the train went through 7 days a week. While we were there, there were two (2) issues which caused us stay at the apartment - water leakage in the kitchen on the floor (which we initially thought was the refrigerator defrosting) and then when that didn't stop after efforts of the Host, it turned into a bigger problem with a sewage back-up. Yes, it was addressed by the Host, but needing entry for professionals to assess issues, etc. caused us to alter our plans 3 separate times. With all of the above in this section, we were never offered a partial or full refund, and it is definitely not worth the price charged.

The property has security cameras, which made me feel at ease. The Living Room and Kitchen were somewhat comfortable - on the spacious side. There is a smart tv in the living room with all the streaming apps. Price included wi-fi, electric skillet, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, air fryer, microwave, toaster, dish drain, dining room table fully equipped with a place setting for 4. In bathroom - included was towels, wash clothes, toilet paper. Two bedrooms - both had tvs, ceiling fans and were a decent size.

It was impossible to find; I passed the entrance 4 times. I wouldn't exactly call it relaxing. It was sandwiched between multiple sets of railroad tracks and a busy road. The neighbors dog barks at everything too. Although it did quiet down, or I was so tired that I finally crashed, between 10pm and 5am. The water pressure was enough to shower but was on the weak side.

The house was clean and the beds were comfy.

The commode is not properly attached to the floor so there are noises each time the commode is used. The towel ring is not attached to the wall in the only bathroom and comes off into your hand each time the towel is used. There is a train that runs frequently throughout the day and night with a loud whistle and the queen bed literally shakes due to the tracks being so very close. The road to get into the property is really hard to find and not marked as well as it not being a paved road. Our car was filthy and dusty from the dust day one. No dumpster was provided so there was way to place our trash outside of the unit as requested. Two large dogs belonging to a private residence is right by the parking lot and will loudly bark each time you leave and return from the property. I had to reach out for more towels, kitchen bags, and bathroom paper as only one roll was provided for our six day stay. I did not realize there would be no washer/dryer, stove, range, cooktop, etc so that's entirely on me for not reading there would be no way to really wash or cook anything except in the provided microwave and air fryer. There are very few hangers in each bedroom so bring your own if that's needed.

The beds were comfortable. The host was responsive when contacted. The streaming services were connected and working properly. There is ample parking in front of the unit. The refrigerator, sink, and kitchen area was clean. There is a large mirror in the small bathroom. The water pressure was terrific with plenty of hot water.
