No breakfast provided, the location was okay.. the staff was very unhelpful when an issue arose. they do not wash the covers. the bed covers were dirty and nobody provided us with a change of bed sheets/covers despite repeatedly asking for a change of linens

Shenandoah is a beautiful national park.

The exterior wasn’t clean,there was trash bags all outside full of trash.The hallway was covered in cobwebs and spiders and the door never closed which let in lots of bugs and ground hogs.

It was in a good location ,nice amenities and wonderful views.

The windy roads that were under built with no real shoulders and the “Check in” signs that are miss leading that were leading to finial lodges provided confusion to register.

The cleanliness of our condo was not good at all. We had to clean upon our arrival. Wine stains on furniture, jacuzzi tub dirty, dusty all over and floors not clean. And we could not use the balcony because of all the wasp hives on it.

The food at Splash Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Location of the property was also good. The amount of activities were great.

The check in experience was horrible. It was not a standard hotel check in. We had to wait in a long line of people and there were about 10 employees quickly checking people in like we were at a ticket booth not a hotel. The staff member called us up and then proceeded to help someone at the same time. She was so distracted and was handling two people’s personal information and room information. I was very uncomfortable and irritated and stated to her that she could have helped her first before calling us up when she insisted it was fine despite being uncomfortable with it. When we got to our building, the cleaning staff were leaving the building with huge trash bags full of laundry and were collecting piles of it by the stairs like it was a huge pile of garbage. AND THEN THEY LEFT THE BAGS THERE OVER NIGHT. They did not pick up the bags until the late next morning, which I have time stamped photo graphic evidence of. Huge piles of trash bags full of dirty laundry right at the entrance of our building it was so disgusting. At this point I was concerned of the cleanliness of our room. In appearance it was fine, but if they were okay with leaving those bags out how thorough are they in their cleanings. The staff were young and talking on phones or to each other, so I do not trust their care in their cleaning. There was also a bath tub jet in our carpeted bedroom, which I thought was really strange. Also the entrance to our room door is behind a key locked door and then separates into two rooms/doors like it was a college apartment. We did not have a room with our own entrance/door which also made me uncomfortable. The room overall was okay, but the overall experience makes me never want to come here again.

We were trying to enjoy our 33rd Anniversary but did have some issues that prevented that. There was a very loud party going on nearby with people yelling as loud as possible. It went on for a couple hours. Another guest near us said they called the front desk but it continued. The tub would not work. We had to call maintenance and waited over 2hrs for someone to come. There are no music channels on the tv so we had to use our cell phones to hear music. The coffee pot wouldn’t heat water so maintenance had to bring a new coffee maker. The mattress was not very comfortable. Other than that, we made the best of it and enjoyed our time together

The location and area was beautiful. The room was clean and pretty. Cabinets were well stocked

False promotion on the property and if you cancel the event than they will charge you additional money for it. Sales representative and marketing are rude .. won't listen and hangup the call while you are talking..

The heater was not work with a very thin blanket in the room and they did not switch the room for us. The smoke came out when we turned on the emergency heater, we hardly slept for the 2 nights we stayed and got sick from either the smoke or low immunity due to lack of sleep and coldness.

Everything was a headache but the property i rented were beautiful. Staff was un knowledgeable and no communication between propertys.

Whole trip was a mess between booking and no communication of rules and regulations to us. Staff was very knowledgeable about anything going on between resorts. Contact me at 267-816-4721 Mr Thomas.

The restaurant on site said breakfast could be obtained at 8:00 a.m. They were NOT open for breakfast any of the days we were there. Our room/condo (updated hotel room) was awesome. However, when you spend any kind of money on a place to stay, privacy should be key. We sat in the living room and was able to hear the entire conversations and goings on of the people next to us. We moved to the bedroom to watch tv and could hear them plainly in there as well. I was VERY UPSET at that. I did not expect to learn a strangers life history while they were in a complete separate accommodation. I sat on our bed and recorded conversations for proof of my statement. Also, what's up with no tv channels to watch? I mean, come on, no one wants 24/7 news. The waterpark was open odd hours and shops/restaurant within were not open. The buffet said closed due to private function. We never saw anyone having a function of any type there.

Dead bugs in every room. Spider webs. Someone left socks on kids room. Laundry bags were left outside the unit for days. Called house keeping and they never came. It was an eye sore for sure.
