The only letdown from this hotel was that you had to pay for wifi.

The hotel has a good location near the airport. Lovely staff. The room was comfy, nice bed.

The pool was cold and even began to overflow at one point. The ice maker was broken on our floor. It was a long walk to the room for a family with kids and luggage.

The staff was welcoming and efficient. I didn't have to wait too long for anything. The location is wonderful because of the convenience of getting on the interstate, or going to The Mall of America. We appreciated the shuttle service. The housekeeping staff was excellent.

I was a distressed passenger that missed a connection and I felt the nearly $300/ night was unreasonable but was left with no choice due to the late hour. I felt it was price gauging due to a concert that was in town

It was a maze. Very outdated layout. The quality and appearance of the elevators and the corridors could use an upgrade. We were actually dreading our stay walking to the room but the room itself was updated, very modern and exceeded our expectations.

The vent above the shower was filthy and covered in dust, there was a sticker that was removed from clothing in the floor of the room. There were pictures on here that showed a hot tub but the hot tub was filled with plants so they definitely don't plan to fix that.

Nice property, located across the street from Ikea and the Mall of America. Smart TV you can use your own apps on. Large room with plenty of space! I had booked one night and was able to arrive a day early and not have to move rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

When I went in to do the registration my impression was very good, but when we entered the room there was a smell of feet. They need to have some febreeze or something to remove bad odors.

The receptionist was very friendly.

The only complaint was that the "courtyard view" was of a humorously small enclosed area with an AC unit. It didn't bother us since we were just there to sleep.

Although we weren't planning on staying here- booked last minute after our flight was diverted- the hotel was just fine for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great flow, pressure and amenities, and the climate control worked well.

No free Wi-Fi or continental breakfast. For the price, these could be included. There were some moldy areas in the bathroom/shower - there was not a fan in the bathroom. The light fixtures were very dirty Tv remote did not work well. Check out time was 11 am. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room at 8:30am. There was a knock and then very quickly they tried to enter. Definitely not enough time for us to answer the door!!! Staff at the cafe was pushy about us leaving a tip. Not cool

Our elevator was kind of hidden

Our trip was for the Cubs game and Mall of America so this location was perfect. The rooms were great. Clean big and cozy. It's a great location. We use this location for park and fly as well.

There was no hot tub to relax in, even though one was advertised. The hot tub was turned into a planter for some reason.

There was a wedding or other event which made it super loud both outside and when inside our room. Terrible night sleep due to noise of guests and airplanes from nearby airport.
