To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great apartment. Really spacious and big bedrooms and open living area. The apartment had a garage and we could comfortably fit our SUV in. Location was pretty central and everything was around a 20 minute drive. There’s a target 15 min walk away so that was good.

United States of AmericaOur family really enjoyed 3 large bedrooms!! Full kitchen & Large living room! To be honest, Amazing price for this size and quality place. You have space for everything. Safe and central location! There is a grocery store within 3 mins drive. Recommending renting a car in LA as you can imagine and you will have 100% private Free parking under your house for regular size cars or suv. PS: It will fit but little difficult for suburban size suv. We had regular size car and there was zero issues. Thank you for the great stay!!

CanadaParking is tight but it's manageable. We had a wide van, which took a bit of maneuvering but overall it is a hidden gem. There are neighbors so need to be mindful of loud talking/laughing.
It's a very spacious apartment with all the basic amenities. Very close to the grocery store and a few good restaurants. The best part is that there is enough parking for 2 small cars. There are 3 showers!! Which was great for a group of 6 girls!

Villa was 15 minutes from the Grove/Farmers Market, which my family loved and easy to get to all the other attractions. The place was clean and spacious for a group of 5 people plus 3 bathrooms in each room. The kitchen was supplied with our basics and laundry machine. The host was easy to reach and communicate with and would absolutely stay here again!!
