Some of the room features were a bit outdated / old (nevertheless the general feeling was great, and most room features were very taken care of).

Did not know gym was closed for renovations. Men’s spa not working either. Room was very noisy. Neighborhood is getting very sketchy.

we understood the location of the hotel was in downtown (which was great for the Lakers game we saw) and LA has quite a bit of homelessness, but i was still amazed when walking around seeing the armies of 'zombies'. Shocking to see how society seems to have given up on these people and at the same time you are confronted with the hopeless nature of drug addiction at a scale I have never seen before.

The first time I stayed in 2022, parking was less confusing, we pulled in and it was valet . This time we pulled in and it wasn’t clear what we supposed to do, ended up being directed to self park, which was fine, but was confused because it wasn’t last time. Also last time breakfast was included and this time we had to pay, for the price of the room, it seemed that it should have been included. Also they didn’t clean out the coffee maker in our room from the last guest.

Location was great. Beautiful and unique. Staff was excellent. Overall clean.

I encountered some inconvenience and misunderstanding regarding my reservation, which was initially mishandled by the staff. Fortunately, the Hotel Manager personally intervened to rectify the situation and resolve the issues.

The delightful pizza at the Duke's pub, where I enjoyed an excellent pizza and found the pizzaiolo and waitress to be delightful.

We really would’ve liked a fridge in the room. We spent the weekend trying all the food we could, but had to make a makeshift fridge out of our trash can.

The hotel is like a museum, superb, even if the furniture in the rooms could be improved. they have many facilities, Olympic swimming pool, gym, basketball, etc.

During my recent stay, I felt that the front desk staff was not well informed about the amenities included in the rate. For example, after I booked the club on booking.com about a month ago, I received a message via booking.com stating that I would be getting a 15 dollar drinking and dining credit for paying the 25 dollar destination fee. When I checked in last Friday, the front desk staff never mentioned this to me. When I asked, I was told that this service had ended on August 28th! If that were the case, that sentence should have been deleted from the post-reservation message that I received via my booking.com which specifically states “..($25.00 destination fee includes) a $15 food and beverage credit valid in Invention or Plunge Cafe, and reduced parking rates.” It’s very misleading. Other than the above issue, we enjoyed our stay at the club.

The restaurant closes on Sunday at 03:00 pm. Sports Bar is not interesting at all.

I like the food in the restaurant however it is expensive. I like the location in down town Los Angles. Macys, Walgreens, CVS, & other stores like Burlington & Ross are just a walking distance around the Hotel.
