You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe stayed 4 days and not once did housekeeping check on the room. We emptied our own trash, had to go to the desk for coffee refills for morning and also to ask for toilet paper.
Quiet. Breakfast was great, delivered to the room. Close to the hospital which is why I chose this place.

The staff was very friendly. our room was clean and neat. I also like that there was a microwave in a fridge in case we wanted to heat up and store our own food. Although my friend and I do not have any disabilities, I do appreciate how the bathroom was set up for someone who does. it is very honorable that the toilet and shower are disability/wheelchair friendly.

United States of America2 towels for 3 people booked. No extra toilet paper when half roll provided ran out. One one-cup coffee pod provided. Are they in a budget? Trash overfilled, no pick up. Unacceptable hotel service. I am not liking post covid idea that service is no longer provided. It was understandable during that time but now just a cheap way to stop providing those services that should be associated with a hotel. Am I wrong? If you go to a hotel, you should expect a room,a bed, AND services to that room. And no matter what you pay these days this is the case. I am in revolt to these changes and I think others should join me!

The room was small and sparse but clean and modern - perfect for us! Breakfast was to be delivered to the room but they didn't note that we were there and we waited. And waited. Finally we went down and they made note that we were there and the GREAT meal was delivered soon after. Make sure they note that you'll be taking breakfast.
