The restaurant and bar was not open. Mattress was not the best and the ac was loud.

We requested beachfront and booking.com said they requested and uf available we would get at no extra charge. At check-in beachfront avail but hotel said would be $500 more and had no communication from booking.com about it so we stayed in very average non beachfront room.

I just thought I’d be able to see the ocean from my room. A I could see was the parking lot television made me sign into Roku which has my credit card info in it. Took me 20 minutes in the morning to figure out how to strike fro m the television.

Ocean front. Not to crowded with people. The room was clean and the decor was very pretty. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was beautiful and ocean front. The hotel is under construction right now so we didn’t get the full experience but the breakfast they offered down the street was one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve been to. I would stay here again.

There were no outlets on one side of the king bed. There was trash on the ground outside the balcony (cans) on the 1st floor.

Breakfast at the Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort was excellent. We went every day we stayed and loved it. The view was priceless - right on the beach. Access to the beach was easy and the pool looked great even though we didn't use it. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Not the resort I expected. Too much money for quality of accommodations. Police arrived at the same time we arrived. Mix up with the bill and payment.

Booking told us we would have an ocean view and we sadly didn't get one. The staff said that's on booking and nor them but we still enjoyed it. The stairs and all leading to our room were pretty nasty looking.

Parking wasent so bad I was able to find parking at any time of the day. The bed was also pretty comfortable. The shower looks recently remodeled and was very clean and good looking.

Room was a little humid and muggy, but we didn’t spend our time in the room so it was tolerable. Rented beach chairs and umbrellas each day and they were late each day in getting them set up. No big deal, we just spent our time at the pool and utilized the chairs their until they got the others set up on the beach.

Ocean front, very clean and nice pool area that faces the beach. Plenty of beach area for everyone. Staff was extremely nice and hospitable.

Exterior was dated, I realize it is beachfront but our room had sand on the floors & bathroom shower that wasn’t from us.

The only thing i didn't like was the room smelled like bleach, however I arrived shortly after hurricane Ian so am not sure if that had something to do with it as i was staying on the second floor. There was lots of damage to the dunes, so i am not sure if the first floor had any damage. The room was very clean and comfortable except the the overwhelming smell of bleach which after a few days subsided.

Being steps away from the beach, literally. The breakfast was really nice for something quick to eat. The location was great and the downstairs bar and cabana was very convenient with super friendly bartenders and wait staff.

Refrigerator barely cooled, bathroom needed a good cleaning or paint job on baseboards, porcelain was worn off in tub. Was charged cleaning fee even though yu had to request it before 10am. Wasn’t used so shouldn’t be charged everyday. Very little offered for breakfast and no seating available except outside.

They had done a great job cleaning up after the hurricane 3 days before. Was able to get a first floor room due to disability. Lobby was clean, desk staff nice. Room was nice
