We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe decor was way too dark. We felt like we were in a cave. Kind of depressing. Would have loved a more Charleston feel with brighter or lighter colors. The entire room, molding and furnishing were an awful, dark gray taupe brown. Certainly not the feel of Charleston. When in Rome.....
We enjoyed the spacious, new, clean room. The kitchen was well stocked with a full size refrigerator. The gym was clean with new equipment. Nice bar on site with a small cafe for food onsite.

CanadaMy only suggestion would have been to offer a kingsize cotton blanket for those who find duvets too warm for sleeping.
The hotel was exceptionally beautiful and the staff could not have been more helpful, right from Valet service, front desk, concierge service to housekeeping. We loved that we had a kitchen and could have breakfast in our suite. Having an outside deck on the second floor for guest use was a lovely bonus!

Amazing property located right off corner of Calhoun and East Bay streets. Very convenient for walking. The accommodations are beyond excellent! Beautiful and spacious.

Our room was beautiful and we could not hear noise above us or from hall. Perfectly decorated and stocked. The blackout shades work like a dream!

United States of AmericaThere wasn’t a business center. And they really need some sort of all day place to eat. The cafe had very limited hours and not much of a selection. Would have been nice to have the usual breakfast buffet type setup. Then the rest of the day, offers regular bar food. There was also no “snack counter” to buy snacks from or any frozen meals from. So if it was 10:30pm & you were hungry, you were just out of luck. And there’s no “mini store” by the front counter. So if you needed Motrin, you couldn’t just run downstairs and purchase any- you’d have to use Instacart to order it.
Loved the room, loved having the full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room.

The room was extremely spacious, with a full kitchen, living room, King bedroom and bath, equipped with a washer and dryer. The bed was extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved the VIP treatment from all of the wonderful staff. Everyone was welcoming, kind, friendly, professional beginning when we pulled into the parking garage, valets, front desk, maintenance staff, cleaning staff and breakfast staff. The facilities were beautiful, clean, comfortable and an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
