We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Trinidad and TobagoThe front lobby was being renovated when we were there which was bit confusing at first with regards to entry and where was reception. Wifi was bit unreliable at times.
The rooms felt recently refurbished and was clean as a result. Great stay for the price and very comfortable.

United States of AmericaThere was no ac in the hallways as I walked to my room. The drainage system in the shower was terrible and as I took my kids a bath, the tub filled with water. The WiFi signal was nonexistent and terrible on the tv. There was no extra bedding or sheets for the mattress bed and there was someone’s panties left over underneath the couch.
Front desk staff was very nice and courteous. They assisted me with every question or issue I had with no hesitance.

Hotel is located in a convenient location. Food access to restaurants, shopping etc. Breakfast offered was good for the value. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms was spacious.

Breakfast was quite good, The property offers transport to port, which is cheaper than Taxi. Overall the hotel is basic but highly recommended for overnight stays to connect to airport

United States of AmericaI waited around 15-20 minutes when I arrived for someone to come to the front desk. The breakfast was so busy and poorly ran, the juice was out, waffle mix was out and it the plates were just in the wrong area.
The room was clean and comfortable. And the location was Close to the airport and the port to make it easy access. The grounds were pretty.

CuraçaoThe room was dusty as if it had not been cleaned before we checked in and, although we mentioned that a 10 year old was staying in the room as well we did not find extra sheets for the sofabed nor was the sofabed readily made for the stay. When I called to ask for sheets I had to go down myself to get them. Bit dissapointing for paying $160 a night.
We've stayed here before covid quite a few times. Although the price has increased tremendously we choose to stay here again. The rooms have been beautifully upgraded and the breakfast has more items now which is awesome.

New ZealandInternet access in the rooms was abysmal. No internet connectivity whatsoever, even though they advertised free internet. That was bad enough but when I raised my concerns I was given "that's the way it is" reply. When I asked to see the manager, he was suddenly not in his office, even though I had seen him around shortly before. If you need internet access in your room, don't stay at this facility.
