That I stayed there for at least a month or more than 28 days paid a lot of money to stay there the places that dump is not really that great the staff is okay but I couldn't believe it that yesterday they said I was on the do not rent list what the heck is that is this true she couldn't tell me who I went or why I think this is so unprofessional because I've been a Wyndham member through RCI and the travel to all of the wyndhams properties mostly in Mexico in here and I've never been treated this way and to tell the truth the Quality Inns are not that great company members since 2015 and I don't like this attitude why can't they tell me why they are not renting to me I didn't do anything to anybody I was never approached and never notified never told that there was anything wrong other than some lady complaining about my dog barking which is a dog friendly place and if she doesn't like my dog she needs to stay away because he's an Esa animal for my PTSD so if anybody's too close to me he starts protecting me it would be no problem if they continue on their way I can control my dog I can't control other people but apparently they can control everybody to get me kicked out or canceled and I don't even know what happened this is so ridiculous I am appalled and disappointed in the staff members that you have at the Quality Inn there I have never.

I booked the night at booking.com by the time I drove there which was like 15 minutes I was told that it was canceled

We requested cleaning in the room, the very least someone empty out our trash. Nothing was done. Our room was never cleaned. We asked someone to take a look at the toilet because the stopper was not shutting properly preventing us from flushing. We had to pour water inside to flush each time. Unacceptable and horrible. Staff was not attentive to our request. There were hookers walking in at the wee hours.

The location was close to the event we were there for.

It was really bad. We couldn't sleep we had to go twice to the lobby to complain. I had my baby with me she was not available to sleep because or next door neighbor was arguing really loud. And we still pay the same amount. They didn't give us a discount and we had to drive 8 hours more to go back home.

I suggest the gate the area put a fence around the little area for the dogs that would be great a little dog park where they'll be contained and they can be free otherwise they just yell at each other in the parking area only see each other will mine does he parks at all dogs and people cuz he wants to say hi

I like the staff and that they're very low key I like that the hotel was full and they had free breakfast everyday plenty of parking it was pretty safe I didn't it feel good it was comfortable and the staff was really nice it's a little pricey but it's okay I would suggest that the area where the dog area is so that they could be a mini dog park that would be really nice cuz the dogs get all crazy when they see each other in the parking lot will mine does Bruno thank you guys so much for your patience and all my yelling at my son teenagers an old man what are you going to do nobody listens but thanks again for all your help bless you guys you guys are great I'll be back if I have to hopefully I'll get an apartment pray for me guys

I was in a room on my the top floor (408 I think) and had a noisy fan or something on the roof giving a humming/throbbing sound all night. This external to the room and could be heard in the corridor. The manager has “never had a complaint in 5 years”. I take that comment with lots of salt!

Breakfast was poor, no fruit or yogurt.

The place had trash outside, trash when you went to your room, and the elevator was out… they didn’t say that in the booking !! Than the neighbors were yelling at 2am… Let me in… Let me in. It was horrible.

our check out was a bit confusing, they just told me to put the key on express check out and didn’t ask for my name or any information which I thought was a bit weird

5 stars for cleanliness! Everyday our trash was taken out, they also would changed our bedsheets & fresh towels all 4 nights that we were there. 😊

Kids in other rooms pounding on the walls the room above us people were walking pounding their feet across the floor the people next door has gotten a big fight / argument and the gentleman on duty didn't even want to do anything about it

When I first got there I was given a room that had a broken screen which was on the bottom floor and right outside my window had broken liquors and candles. Scary and gross!! So thankfully they gave me another room on the second floor. The toilet didn’t flush and by the way the bathroom down stairs didn’t work either. So they supplied me with a plunger and said I shouldn’t but toilet paper in the toilet. That’s gross. So I would not ever stay there again nor any other Quinta hotel again. Very dissatisfied and so disappointed I picked this hotel that was $230 for one night!!!

I can’t say much for like. But I was able to sleep.

Our 1st room was very filthy. The person on duty even came to take a look and agreed. We were able to get another room but the door was difficult to open and close, it was hitting the floor. Our towels were stained and look like rags. I didn’t get help right away ,we keptthe bell for service kept ringing since no one was there. They never came.There was only 1 person working?

The person in duty was very busy with other duties. He seemed like he was alone.After a while he was able to change our room since the 1st room given to us with very unclean. There were crumbs all over the carpet, which out pet almost got to and HAiR all over both bed comforters.
