PortugalBeds were not queen as stated. Wifi didn't work in the rooms when we arrived (it was ok-ish the next morning). No food options at all when we arrived - granted, we did arrive a bit late on a Sunday, but nothing at all to eat?!? Quite expensive - it was the most expensive place where I stayed for a two week road trio - and also definitely not the best - in fact, the least interesting place.
Great car park with plenty of space for everyone. Location is perfect as a base to visit Monument Valley and beyond, right at the road that goes there and close to gas stations and such.

SwitzerlandInternet (WiFi) only in the lobby, which can be very far from your room depending where they put you. Moreover, one night a thunderstorm knocked out the power for a second or two. After the blackout, the WiFi did not recover until the day after, probably some technician had to reset the router or something.
With very few accommodation options in Kayenta, one cannot be too picky. This one was basically an OK motel, perfect for a one-night stop.

United KingdomCustomer service was as bad as I have ever experienced. During check in every guest was treated as though they were an inconvenience. No smile or welcome. Property was very dated and poorly maintained.
Pool was OK. Location was convenient when travelling between Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon.

United States of AmericaThe air conditioner did not cool the room as we would have liked it. I feel like the table was too close to the air conditioner and possibly blocking the air. The bed was comfortable but it is definitely showing signs of usage and there were 2 intentions imprinted in the mattress that shows signs of an old wore out mattress

Easily accessed, comfortable beds, accommodating staff. My wife is celiac and the dining room staff made certain what they served was safe. Restaurant was a little pricey but much preferred over fast food.

The restaurant attached to the hotel had very good meals for reasonable prices. Since the rooms did not have refrigerators in the room, the restaurant was willing to hold your leftovers from the meals you purchased at the restaurant. the rack of ribs was delicious.
