The front desk argued the reservation price every day..u til we got tired of the back and foirh just checked out. Charged me more than what booking.com set as their price. Argued a out square footage. Argued about my govt nAme..because it's different that my email. Just a horrible experience all together

It was pretty expensive for the location. While I was waiting to check in, several people came to the front desk to complain their bath tub wasn't working. We didn't have an issue with our room but the place could definitely use some updates in the rooms. There was what appeared to be water damage under the windows on the wall. The lamp shade had stains on it. The pull out sleeper sofa matress was pretty gross also. I didn't eat the breakfast there but my sister said the yogurt was outdated.

Hotel appears to be in the middle of a rebrand and new owners. Just what it looks like in my opinion. Things are very dated and in some disrepair.

I called to see if I could check in at Midnight cause I needed some place to stay that night and they said yes. I came in and tried to check in and they said i couldn’t check in till 3pm i couldn’t even get my money back! I paid for something i didn’t even stay at

It's sad to say that it felt dirty and the covers weren't changed. The bathroom was dirty, hairs left from people that stayed previously before us.

The pictures are outdated, in fact they are probably from when it was a quality inn. If I can, I will attach additional pictures of how it looks now. The breakfast was non-existent to also have pictures of this. There are pancakes but no syrup or butter, their cereal but no spoons or milk, all of their juice options are out, there's nothing in the freezer except muffins that are outdated. The mattress on the pull out was so dilapidated as to be non-existent, it was literally thread bare and discolored to a putrid yellow by age. The room layout is not represented by the photos, the bed options on the king Suites of any form are not as advertised. Oh and I couldn't even get a receipt.

There's literally no positive or redeeming value here, it was sanitary... But I would not call it clean.

Absolutely nothing the here didn't work there wasn't even a microwave in the room very horrible experience for $70 for a night definitely not worth it would not stay again.

Didn't get checked into the suites I booked. Pool was out of order. Ice machine didn't work. Found a large roach cruising down the hallway. Pillows for king bed were 4 small square pillows. Fridge and freezer in room didn't work. Free breakfast was a joke. Elevator capacity is 2 people. Doors didn't feel secure. Jets in bathtub blew out what appeared to be mold.. after a 4 hour trip the 3 year old was very sad that the pool she was looking forward to was not available. The commons area is very warm and damp feeling
