I had fond memories years ago of this hotel. Now, it’s practically empty. The only guests there were from British Airways. No robe in my room. I had to call the engineer to plug in my telephone. Male employees extremely more interested in British airline pilots. Crappy excuses. Outsourced room service. Spa closed. I’m moving to Europe in 5 days. Have traveled extensively. My last night in Dallas before flying out. Goodbye, forever. The coffee was good.

I was stranded at the airport with my 12 year old. All the hotels in immediate Dallas area were booked for wrestle mania. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and the customer service at checkin was great. Very friendly staff.

Lounge service was terrible, understaffed, slow, forgot orders, drinks sat till melted before served. Server tried and was nice. We stayed 4 nights too. There was a $253 charge on first day that front desk could not see or explain. Then night shift said it could be incidentals and would be refunded at checkout. Still waiting.

Facilities were great. Elevators fast. Gym equipment worked.

Upping the cleaning just a notch (white powder was in floor, substance on bathroom door, bathroom floor was unswept and mopped) especially after everything we have learned (and quite honestly not exactly over yet). Check in staff was overwhelmed and it took quite a bit of time to check in. Parking was confusing at night and not as secure as I thought it was going to be.

Area seemed safe. Hotel seemed clean. Price wasn't horrible for quality. Room was modern and had everything we needed.

My husband and I were there for our 25th Wedding Anniversary Staycation. Manager Arthur Walker upgraded our room and it was amazing. Arthur and Sylvester also brought cake to our room in celebration of our anniversary. Liliana was great at the restaurant when we ate their several times. Antonio was super nice at our checkout.

Everything could have been better. The price is extraordinary for what is offered. I have stayed in less expensive hotels with better service & amenities. I will never stay there again.

The breakfast was overpriced, $25 for 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon & white toast. There was no room service, no vending machines, poor selection of meals provided in the bar as the restaurant was closed. Parking is extra and for $250/night + taxes & fees, the hotel was very disappointing. Internet is also a paid service on top of the overinflated price of the hotel.

How the rooms were so clean and how the staff was so friendly and courteous. The rooms and hallways was very quite as well. I did not hear my neighbors arguing or kids crying. It was very peaceful. My boys loved it as well.

The only “negative” I would have is that housekeeping doesn’t come by unless you stay at least 3 nights. But not a huge deal!

This is our current favorite hotel in Dallas!! Beautiful hotel, great staff and awesome rooms! Very modern and comfy. Pool was wonderful! We will definitely be back!
