We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Super clean and beautiful hotel. Loved the unique decor, and it was very convenient for visiting Rock City as well as easy to find when you’re not familiar with the area. Staff went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Chattanooga.

United States of AmericaDue to family situation, it had been a number of years since I stayed in a hotel. I was surprised to discover only at check-out that their valet parking (the only parking available) was additional. Just for courtesy sake I would have liked to know in advance how much it was.
Good location. Fairly easy to access. Staff were affable. Room was clean. Window blinds were excellent - kept room dark from bright AM sunlight.

I know this is stretch for this location but we have stayed in other hotels in downtown Chattanooga with an indoor pool and it was a definite bonus for the kids. I have no other critique! The rest of the amenities were wonderful.
Very nice accommodations. Clean and stylish. Staff was very helpful and valet was so easy! Location was convenient for our destination. We didn't get to experience the bar/restaurant but plan on visiting on our next trip. We will definitely stay here again.

United States of AmericaHad a small glitch where the tv kept turning on automatically in the night. Had to unplug it finally. At checkout we mentioned it so the hotel could fix it for the next guest. They gave us a discount for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
Nice hotel, well located, valet parking was convenient. Nice bar with good live music. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable.

United States of AmericaOne elevator was down so being on the 8th floor was difficult. You could hear your neighbors pretty easy, like when they closed their window shades it sounded like they were in our room.
Location was great. The wood accents were pretty and the rooms were very nice. Valet parking was great and well worth the 18$ a day for parking.

United States of AmericaThe only thing that I could possibly complain about, was the fact that they were working on one of the elevators so we did have a slower response time with the elevators, because they were down to only one.
Everything was clean and updated in pristine condition. Everyone was friendly. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was great because we were in the heart of everything downtown.
