The property is nice

I loved the location, but not the fact that parking was not included and the fact that the soap was opened. I thought that the soap had been used because it was opened.

The room was nice but there were several guys in the room next door that were extremely loud. They were yelling and it sounded like there was a wrestling match going on as things kept sounding like they were slamming against the wall and the floor. Rooms were advertised as sound proof.

Great location and a small, comfortable environment. The room was a lot bigger than expected. Bed was super comfortable and I loved the separate seating area. Bathroom was also a great size.

Bathroom was a little untidy when we checked in. Toilet paper was unraveled and the tissues were wet.

The people who worked in the kitchen, and outside the chairs and tables were told to eat breakfast before I ran out before the guest ate that was unpleasant to hear

The bathroom "door" was almost impossible to open and close, and the light fixture over the couch is damaged.

Staying here on a Saturday night, this location was very loud. At least where our room may have been facing. You were able to hear everything that was going on outside the room on the street. I am familiar with this with hotels in a city, but this was beyond normal. Things didn't go quiet until around 2AM.

This hotel was very clean with friendly staff. They also had nice accommodations for breakfast and our room was very nice.

I love the property and all it entails but the price gouging during football season is ridiculous.

Hyatt rarely disappoints. The staff was absolutely fabulous and extremely friendly and professional.

I was very disappointing. I was locked out my room and could not go enjoy my family because if I came out I will be locked out and I have to go through the same process to get back in wait 20 to 30 minutes before the guy can come up and pick pick a lock. They promised to give me a refund, credit , and I never received it.

Good locale, just paper thin walls. The college kids next door opened the connecting room door for some reason (my guess is they were drunk) and partied until about 3 a.m. So, if you're looking for a nice relaxing 'staycation' hotel. This wouldn't be the hotel for you.

Breakfast was chaotic. By the time I arrived things were picked over and the serving area was a mess. The time I did try some of the hot food, I discovered that it was not hot. Waffles, biscuits were just barely beyond cold. Great coffee though.

Convenient Location. Loved having the ability to park my own car and get to it when I wanted, even if you had to pay for parking. I loved the bar option and outdoor space to sit.

The air conditioner in our room was noisy. When it turned off, it was quiet... and hot! When it turned back on, it was cool but loud. The facility needs good maintenance. The elevator (1/2) broke while we were there. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected.

The breakfast was great! Different from the normal continental breakfast offers. We were well-pleased both mornings. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the Soda City Market Saturday morning.

Outside staff could have been nicer. Lawn care workers were grumpy and not very friendly to guests.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very nice and clean. Conveniently located close to restaurants that we could walk to. Parking was convenient. The pool was nice and the rooms were quiet. Complimentary breakfast was good with lots of different options and the breakfast staff were cheerful and friendly.
