Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe buffet breakfast was poor. All the food tasted like it had been cooked the night before. The trains were loud but you got used to them by the second night.

United States of AmericaThe lighting in the room was poor. Not really enough to read a book before bed. Not a big deal, but a little disappointing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They securely stored my bike for an extra $40 per day while I hiked Havasupai. I also enjoyed a great meal here— grilled chicken salad. The gift shop was cute, too.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is right next to the railroad tracks and trains go by honking all day and night. The hotel offers free earplugs. Service at restaurant a little slow. I think the to go food they offer is the only gig in town and they are super busy with that. Didn't offer breakfast included for guests, but restaurant had a pay buffet. We passed on that.
The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The salt water pool and the hot tub were great. Laundry room had a key card door. Restaurant dinner food was decent

United States of AmericaAt check in the hotel didn’t have our reservation and said it had a room booked for us in September then blamed Booking.com for the mistake. Luckily they weren’t completely booked and got us a room but it scared me as there’s no where else nearby to stay last minute. Also we originally booked a king room and they gave us two queens. The room was really dark with a few bulbs burned out. Overall the place was fine especially for being in the middle of nowhere just don’t have high expectations.
We liked that it had a restaurant and mini market nearby where we got food for breakfast and heated up in our room’s microwave at 4 am before the drive to start the hike. I prefer a softer bed but it was fine. The shower was hot and the room was clean. Our room faced the road and we could hear the train but it didn’t bother us or keep us awake.

United States of AmericaWell, really there is a train that goes by all the time and its a bit noisy but they provide ear plugs. I mean, you are in the wild so no complaints
I was actually very surprised by the facilities. Even the restaurant was nice. For what I have heard I thought it was a so so place, but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and nice desk reception

United States of AmericaCommunication from management to staff and to customers.
They told 5:30am - 7:30am there is breakfast but after we got there we were told that their manager changed the time and breakfast won't be served. The lady was still nice enough to give us something since we were told something else and the changed happened without us being told.

United KingdomIn the 2 bedded rooms - there is very little space around the beds and the chair that is placed in the room is so squashed that it is not an area to relax in, so it might as well be removed. The desk is also quite cramped. The check in staff are not unfriendly, but they are not proactive in their customer service in any way. Service in the restaurant is polite but slow. Finally the trains are VERY noisy, even though there is fair warning. They do provide ear plugs but that does not help. There is some noise through the connecting doors too - and as people get up very early for tours it can be disturbing.
The hotel is in a great location for accessing the white water rafting and other tours to Grand Canyon West or as a stop over on the way back to Las Vegas. It is a standard type of motel/hotel in this region. Rooms have fridges and microwaves. Wifi is good. There is a restaurant onsite. Easy parking. There is a great upstairs lounge area where we were able to relax when our tour was cancelled due to guest "no shows". The tour company is affiliated to the hotel and they handled this difficulty well, offering a refund - though we are yet to receive this.

United States of AmericaThe train tracks ran close to the hotel and trains ran all night long, preventing us from sleeping soundly. The front desk sold earplugs and we should have gotten some.

Super clean, spacious layout, nice rooms and mattresses; nice bathroom. Gift/sundry shop open and available even late or early. Restaurant also open late which allowed us to eat in the evening after we drove in around 7:30 pm.

United States of AmericaThe only reason we have it an 8 was the train that ran constantly. It did seem to quiet down in the middle of the night but it seemed like it ran every 15-30 minutes which was hard to ignore when you were trying to sleep. The front desk did provide ear plugs to help with this which was nice.
We stayed here the night before our hike to Havasu falls so having the restaurant in the hotel was great! We were able to eat a great meal the night before our hike!
