Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI dropped down a point only because the microwave had a horrible smell. Not sure what the last people heated up in it but was not pleasant at all. 😕 Made my boiled water have the same taste to it.🤢🤮 If the microwave was good would have given a 10!
I loved the cleanliness and smell when you first walk in the door! Very inviting! The staff was nice and everything looked very clean. Would recommend to others!

United States of AmericaHotel charged my card before I got there and that's not what it says on Booking.com. Says you will pay at property. Got there and wanted to change cards the staff took the new card and still charged it to the same card. I have never stayed at a property where they charge your card before you get there and I've been all the way around the world. I don't recommend this property front staff needs more training. Hotel needs to change there payment method to say you will be charged before you get there per owner of hotel this is there policy. I will never stay here again and will tell my family not to book here.
