We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI didn’t not get the room with the double beds that I had paid extra for. Then after I got into the correct room I was charged an up charge. I had go ask the clerk to remove the up charge from my card because I had already paid for the extra bed. The next day they turned around and charged my card again for the 3rd time. The room didn’t have a microwave after requesting for a microwave the staff gave me one that didn’t work. I asked for a manager, the clerk told me that I would receive a call that I never did.

United States of AmericaIts was very dirty, there was trash in the hallways and laying around everywhere. The place had a very strong moldy odor. It was very disgusting. The carpets in the hallways had stains and spots on them of black mold. We didn’t even stay. it was so bad that after our concert we checked out and just left and drove the 5 hours home instead of staying there that night.

But very nutritional.. the location is pretty convenient for the highway being right there places to eat other hotels a couple restaurants Nice little Drive tapped off on its own spot of the vastness around it. United States of AmericaThe room wasn't ready. I arrived late during the traffic, so didn't arrive to 5pm. She had to send a maid to clean a room. She told me it was a no pet no smoking room. But the carpet had stains from a pet and it was obvious that the roo. Was just cleaned, you could still smell the disinfected.
When I arrived the person at check in was assisting someone. She was polite and courteous.
