Room smelled like smoke No trash can No remote😒(glad I brought my roku with me)

It wasn’t clean at all and the carpets in the hallway and elevator looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The smell of marijuana was horrible throughout the building.

I didn’t not get the room with the double beds that I had paid extra for. Then after I got into the correct room I was charged an up charge. I had go ask the clerk to remove the up charge from my card because I had already paid for the extra bed. The next day they turned around and charged my card again for the 3rd time. The room didn’t have a microwave after requesting for a microwave the staff gave me one that didn’t work. I asked for a manager, the clerk told me that I would receive a call that I never did.

Its was very dirty, there was trash in the hallways and laying around everywhere. The place had a very strong moldy odor. It was very disgusting. The carpets in the hallways had stains and spots on them of black mold. We didn’t even stay. it was so bad that after our concert we checked out and just left and drove the 5 hours home instead of staying there that night.

The location was good.

I tell you what breakfast was not bad for What Little it was. But very nutritional.. the location is pretty convenient for the highway being right there places to eat other hotels a couple restaurants Nice little Drive tapped off on its own spot of the vastness around it. I would do it again I am trying to right now I don't know how to check my phone LOL hopefully see you soon

The room wasn't ready. I arrived late during the traffic, so didn't arrive to 5pm. She had to send a maid to clean a room. She told me it was a no pet no smoking room. But the carpet had stains from a pet and it was obvious that the roo. Was just cleaned, you could still smell the disinfected.

When I arrived the person at check in was assisting someone. She was polite and courteous.

The rooms were dirty had roaches no cook wear no plates cups spoons forks nothing. I had to which rooms like 5 times. The smell was horrible. You had prostitutes walking around people standing outside all types of night drunks walking around just bad overall..

I loved the staff they tried making everything workout for me love them..

they change our reservations, so the sent us to other hotel that didn't have the room that we reserve and had to paid extra. there was no lights in the parking it was to dark, an unfortunately our car got a punch tire

Got there room was clean at check in, had a family of five could only get towels of 2 at a time. Said dishes were equipped with room was luck to get a couple of pans a a spoon to cook with. Not very clean either.

Not a lot of choices breakfast another extended stay America. The shower was leaking. There wasn't a shower head. It took several days for them to attach a shower head. Mold was developing in the shower.

My reservation was cancelled due to not having cleaning staff but I was not notified until I arrived to check in. Lucky one of the other Hotels in the area had availability for us to stay there.

Reserved online prior to stay and when we arrived to check-in we were told that the rooms were sold out. We are from Georgia(over 3 hours away), so it was a headache trying to find somewhere else to stay. I don't understand how I could reserve a room and it not be availible at arrival!
