We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaNo complaints besides the bathroom door in room 318 when you shut it when no one was in there it would lock and then the room above us was loud kept thumping loud like running and jumping all that. But wasn't the hotels fault we never complained it was just one night so didn't see the need to say anything
We loved the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Everything thing was awesome and the breakfast was great too. The beds where comfy. I like that it was off to itself but still so close to everything .. Will be staying again

Clean rooms and spacious. The sheets felt like IHG hotel sheets. They were soft! Indoor Pool was also open till midnight, which was awesome for the kids!

The pools and jacuzzi are great. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We visit the Smokies alot and we've stayed here several times and always really liked this hotel. Our adult son was with us on this trip. It was his 1st time at LeConte and he was very impressed. He especially liked that the indoor pool area stayed open until midnight. He said it's his new favorite hotel in the Smokies We Highly recommend LeConte. It's a hidden gem just off the beaten path of the Parkway, but it's quiet and still close to everything in Pigeon Forge

Room was excellent . Pool was nice indoor and outdoor Breakfast was one of the best for a hotel. Parking was good and about 1 mile to everything.

The rooms was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Everyone was extremely helpful. I had mentioned when I booked the room that my husband was to have hip replacement surgery in a few weeks. They gave us a room on the first floor right next to the outside door. So we had very little walking to get to our room. The dining areas were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs,sausage, make your own pancakes. There was also frozen Eggo waffles and oatmeal, and fruit. Coffee was very good. This will definitely be our place to go next time. The little kitchen area had pot/pans and dishes, toaster and a one cup coffee maker and a full size refrigerator. 2 tv's. One in the living room area and one in the bedroom.
