All the rooms are on the first floor but you couldn't draw the blackout curtains so everyone could see inside. Had to resort to the Insta hack and use one of the hangers to clip them together.

Clean, spacious room, comfortable beds and clean sheets. Standard American breakfast. Good value for your money at about 1 hour away from Grand Canyon.

A minor thing to consider: it would have been nice to have a shower gel option instead of only a soap and it’s more convenient to find a shampoo if it’s placed in the bathroom. It was a fine value for a price and we recommend this place.

Spacious room, good cleaning, all working, parking, a breakfast is better than in other motels, proximity to the supermarket. It was very sweet that the employee included our wish for a quiet room during a check-in, thank you!

Big spacious room compared to other 2 queen beds. Bathroom was good no mold or base boards rotting, the room looked quite updated furniture and bedding. Definitely better than the last 2 places I stayed in TX & NM heading home to CA made this last stay very comfortable.

Was under renovation at front and pool was closed. We were in room 119 and noise from room above and stairs was extremely annoying. In breakfast room counters were too narrow to balance plates while getting breakfast

The quality of breakfast. Scrambled eggs don’t have the taste of eggs (more like something chemical). Coffee is like water - yes, it is dark, but that’s it.

I don’t have any complaints! On this trip we have driven around 5,000 miles, We have stayed at 5 Quality Inn’s on our adventures and this particular property is among the best of the best.

The location is a 3 minute drive from the Grand Canyon Railroad Depot, which we rode to the south rim of the canyon. The breakfast at the Quality Inn was great.

On the bathroom mirror it stated Housekeeping would not come in the room unless asked however the first day they came in. I contacted the front desk and was told they come in to provide new towels, however they also made the beds and took soap not leaving any new soap. When going to front desk was totally ignored by staff who was on the phone. Staff was poorly dressed and hygiene needed attention. Very poor customer service

The facade of the hotel was damaged. The door ont the first floor leading to the parking lot was always open. The smoke deterctor in the room needed new batteries.

Overall everything was great but it would be nice to be able to close the curtains all the way.

Tabitha at the front desk was warm and friendly. We appreciate her hospitality and knowledge about the amenities and activities in the area.. All the other staff were great to, they greeted us good morning and made us feel welcomed. The room was cleaned and everything smelled nice. The breakfast options had a nice variety, and the hot chocolate was very yummy!!
