You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaBathroom and decor looked tired. Coffee maker was in the bathroom, next to the toilet. Definitely a no-no! Bed was quite hard but pillows were good. Its obvious that this hotel is ready for a refurb, but there was a large delivery of tile outside, so it looks like that might be in the works. Try and lose the carpets in most areas. Greasy head stains on soft furnishings. Yuk! Took my dog out at 3am and there was a super strong smell of weed. I don't have a problem with its use, but it filled first and second floor hallways.
Well placed off old 66, so not too busy for night traffic. Was quiet and no sleep disturbance. Good heat/cool/fan control but thermostat was way off and so had it set att 64 to keep room at around 70 and comfortable. Bed was clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Good room for us and our dog.

United States of AmericaThe fact that there was hardly any parking. Several work trucks took up most of the front parking lot instead of parking in the back with the bigger work trucks. The very small weight room had several boxes of new air units, taking up what little space there was.
