Not clean and charged twice

Only one decaf coffee pack in room, and only one coffee cup. Other family members in room next to us had no coffee, and still received none after asking for some.

The staff were awesome, especially Jazzmine, Rick and Marquis!

The room is not perfectly clean. The floor feels a little sticky. A little noise in the night.

The location is safe and close to campus. There is a nice gym. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in via phone is convenient.

The staff upon arrival could have been friendlier- they mentioned how badly they wanted to go home and were a bit short with customers. We had zero bath towels in our room. The breakfast offerings were just ok.

The hotel was nicely located near USC. The room was very spacious and offered many nice features. The morning staff was very friendly and helpful.

Short staffed, cleanliness was lacking, towels/wash cloths were replenished, neither was the coffee.

We loved the location, amenities, and the size of the room.

Room wasn’t cleanest. Bathroom shower had hair in bottom, carpet dirty had trash and crumbs in it, window shade was broken and filthy. Sofa bed had no blanket or sheets even though we were booked for three people, had to request at front desk. Only one roll of toilet paper so had to request that also. Set up was very odd. We didn’t need kitchen howverr nothing was provided other than a few butter knives

I was charged for parking without parking there everyday and they run out of breakfast to fast and no one asked to clean our room.

I love that fact that it was clean.

Was disappointed that guests had to pay for parking. There were no wash cloths and the shower water pressure was horrible no matter what time we took a shower.

We were there for a USC campus tour. Convenient location to USC.

Bedding is not enough. Would be better to have some think blankets or a warmer comforter.

Location is excellent for being close to University of South Carolina. It’s very clean and has great parking. Staff is very nice.

The house keeping was atrocious in responding to any needs. We started with a room that wasn’t cleaned well, the bathroom wasn’t supplied with toiletries and when we finally received towel they did not give us enough for the number of guests in our room. The next day we had to ask at least 5 times throughout the whole day for towels. The front desk staff was always friendly, accommodating and as helpful as possible (that’s who personally brought us towels one day after several requests and a full day of waiting). The third day we had to take pool towels so we could shower. Our family wanted to use the ping pong table so the initial front desk employee told my husband to go buy paddles and a ball because he couldn’t locate them. But once a more experienced front desk employee was asked, she made sure she located and supplied them about an hour later. Our kids had a great time with that the last two days.

The drink machine was down at breakfast having to wait on something to drink kind of sucked but they did wait needed to be done.

Breakfast was good. We had a problem with the door handle and the door being out of square and hard to close. the next morning they had it fixed.

The A/C unit ran all the time in my room it was very cold, I tried pressing the off button as it has controls and or settings you can select but it never worked.

Could not get clean towel and you paid for parking had to park away from the hotel late at night and got charge a whole lot more then I was supposed to pay.

The hotel wanted to charge me for the parking lot although in my reservation it says is included, the dining area for breakfast is not indicated properly and I was in a restaurant that charges for the breakfast. It was necessary to talk with the manager to clarify this situation.

The hotel's location is very convenience.

Lack of attention to detail- low water pressure in shower making it difficult to get shampoo out of hair, almost no food and no coffee in middle of provided breakfast time, initially didn’t give us enough towels for # of registered guests, kitchenette with no forks and only one spoon, no creamer for in-room coffee even when requested. Not horrible things, but for $550 for 2 nights, they didn’t earn it.

Great location, clean, pleasant staff.
