No shops or restaurants close by at all. This was a great disappointment for me. We also eat breakfast at j-mike wow food was not done 40.00 basically for a waste coffee was great but food was not done. Pancakes, biscuits raw dough

The beach was amazing and I enjoyed the sun bathing chairs by the pool.

The wifi was very difficult to access in the room. Down stairs at the reception was no issue but on the 7th floor you could not connect

I loved the lay out of the room, it also had a partition to separate the room from the pull out couch. It had plenty of seating areas. The room was cleaned well and maintained every day. Trash was always taken out and fresh towels given. The staff was very nice

Though comfortable, the hotel furniture was a bit dated. The TV in the bedroom was missing. The bedroom floors were carpeted.

The location was just what I was looking for. The view of the ocean from the balcony was relaxing. Free parking was available across the street not far from the hotel.

The room was nice, clean and looked like it had just been remodeled. Only thing I could of used was a comfortable chair to relax in.

The only breakfast was in restaurant, but room had coffee maker. All I needed.

The sheets was dirty, and I called to let them know and they brought up a new set of sheets and blankets, and I had to make my own bed up! other than that was good

The only bad thing was that the screens to block off the rooms didn’t work properly they would slide but would not close all the way

The parking situation... I did not like that I had to park across the street, didn't like the BACK parking lot at all. However, was informed by night worker Tim, what to do and where to park.

The beach was so close and the room with a side view still allowed me to view the ocean, I could hear it from the balcony. The staff was EXCELLENT - especially Matthew and Tim. Both of those gentlemen were extremely nice, helpful and informative.

Not walking distance to anything fun, near both pools stairs there was a pipe i assume for adding water to the pool that was sharp kids could easily get cut on, bottom of fitted sheets on beds had some dirt stains, very firm beds

Liked the pools, size of the rooms, and location was quiet. Staff mostly left you alone unless you needed them and there was always someone at the front desk. Had decent AC and a good view unless you booked side view then you are just looking at other hotels balconies.

Very loud neighbors, people shooting off fireworks out back on the beach, the mattresses are hard as bricks.

This location is quieter than the North location. Everything was kept clean.

Room was not what I expected. This was a side add-on room to another room that connected with a door and had no chairs or couch. Noisy kids playing in the hallway at 10 pm. Sand in the hallway the entire stay.

Location was good. Staff were friendly.

Our kitchen light quit working reported to front desk but wasnt fixed

I liked the size of the room and each side had a nice size closet ans we had a kitchen with a real sixe refridgerater

Loud noises at night from it sounded like construction. Plus could not sit on balcony much due to someone smoking marijuana. That smells makes me sick, I know it was not the hotels fault. People just don’t show common courtesy for others.
