The room was nice, clean and looked like it had just been remodeled. Only thing I could of used was a comfortable chair to relax in.

The only breakfast was in restaurant, but room had coffee maker. All I needed.

The sheets was dirty, and I called to let them know and they brought up a new set of sheets and blankets, and I had to make my own bed up! other than that was good

The parking situation... I did not like that I had to park across the street, didn't like the BACK parking lot at all. However, was informed by night worker Tim, what to do and where to park.

The beach was so close and the room with a side view still allowed me to view the ocean, I could hear it from the balcony. The staff was EXCELLENT - especially Matthew and Tim. Both of those gentlemen were extremely nice, helpful and informative.

Not walking distance to anything fun, near both pools stairs there was a pipe i assume for adding water to the pool that was sharp kids could easily get cut on, bottom of fitted sheets on beds had some dirt stains, very firm beds

Liked the pools, size of the rooms, and location was quiet. Staff mostly left you alone unless you needed them and there was always someone at the front desk. Had decent AC and a good view unless you booked side view then you are just looking at other hotels balconies.

Very loud neighbors, people shooting off fireworks out back on the beach, the mattresses are hard as bricks.

This location is quieter than the North location. Everything was kept clean.

Room was not what I expected. This was a side add-on room to another room that connected with a door and had no chairs or couch. Noisy kids playing in the hallway at 10 pm. Sand in the hallway the entire stay.

Loud noises at night from it sounded like construction. Plus could not sit on balcony much due to someone smoking marijuana. That smells makes me sick, I know it was not the hotels fault. People just don’t show common courtesy for others.

The parking was across a busy 2 lane strip. I was told I didn't book for 3 children but I took them in with me to check in AND the gentleman checking us in was told this was their first beach trip, spoke to them about finding sharks teeth, etc. I would expect that if there was a problem with our booking it should have been addressed at that point. They were OBVIOUSLY children. We had no problems with the children being there until I went to extend our stay for another night at which point the lady at the front desk who had literally SEEN MY CHILDREN multiple times informed me I didn't book them. She was rude about it like I was trying to cheat them. The first day we were there we noticed something sticking out from under the dresser. One of my children picked it up off the floor and it was DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. I called to let the front desk know at which point they sent someone up to get it but not once was I offered a discount or anything. Just a thank you for letting them know. The cleaning staff did not vacuum or sweep out floors the whole time we were there even though there was sand on the floors. It would have been nice if they had done it even once. The hot tub and the lazy river seemed to have not been cleaned correctly because there was green on the bottom of both. The bathrooms in the hotel are super small.

The approximation to the beach was nice. Literally just a few steps to get on the sand.

Unfortunately with the great rate, comes some less than perfect guests. There were several groups that spent nearly the entire time smoking weed on their balconies making it less than enjoyable to sit out on ours.

Although the property is very dated, it was clean and comfortable. I don’t think there is another oceanfront property that provides better value and amenities. Yes, there are some small things that need maintenance, but the good outweighs the bad.

Location is convenient to everything and Ocean Front. Efficency was roomy and comfortable. Lots of pools indoor and out. Parking was convenient.
