Loud noises at night from it sounded like construction. Plus could not sit on balcony much due to someone smoking marijuana. That smells makes me sick, I know it was not the hotels fault. People just don’t show common courtesy for others.

The parking was across a busy 2 lane strip. I was told I didn't book for 3 children but I took them in with me to check in AND the gentleman checking us in was told this was their first beach trip, spoke to them about finding sharks teeth, etc. I would expect that if there was a problem with our booking it should have been addressed at that point. They were OBVIOUSLY children. We had no problems with the children being there until I went to extend our stay for another night at which point the lady at the front desk who had literally SEEN MY CHILDREN multiple times informed me I didn't book them. She was rude about it like I was trying to cheat them. The first day we were there we noticed something sticking out from under the dresser. One of my children picked it up off the floor and it was DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. I called to let the front desk know at which point they sent someone up to get it but not once was I offered a discount or anything. Just a thank you for letting them know. The cleaning staff did not vacuum or sweep out floors the whole time we were there even though there was sand on the floors. It would have been nice if they had done it even once. The hot tub and the lazy river seemed to have not been cleaned correctly because there was green on the bottom of both. The bathrooms in the hotel are super small.

The approximation to the beach was nice. Literally just a few steps to get on the sand.

Unfortunately with the great rate, comes some less than perfect guests. There were several groups that spent nearly the entire time smoking weed on their balconies making it less than enjoyable to sit out on ours.

Although the property is very dated, it was clean and comfortable. I don’t think there is another oceanfront property that provides better value and amenities. Yes, there are some small things that need maintenance, but the good outweighs the bad.

Bed Pillows were awful. Front desk staff was not customer friendly or interested in customer needs.

Location is convenient to everything and Ocean Front. Efficency was roomy and comfortable. Lots of pools indoor and out. Parking was convenient.

The ceiling plaster was coming down and after the storm there was water all over the ac unit.

The tub was dirty. We came across a few roaches the beds were uncomfortable and in need of thicker comforters. The stopper in the kitchen sink kept coming apart making it hard to remove and to drain the sink. We were surprised that not all of the kitchen cabinets were accessible (they were glued shut). We found a false finger nail in the fridge.

Check in was quick and easy. The view was great as well as the service. The Hot tub was good and hot and the indoor pool was nicely heated. The entire staff was awesome with tending to our needs and bringing toiletries in a timely manner.

The Microwave was an Extreme Safety Hazard; almost fell off the shelf anytime it was touched. You had to hold it on a flimsy shelf with one hand while you opened the door with the other hand. Found Cigarette Butts and Alcoholic Beverage Bottles on the Balcony. Room had coffee maker but no coffee supplies; called front desk and was told we could buy a cup of coffee at the restaurant; NOT Good !

This is supposed to be a Non-Smoking building and it's not enforced at all, people smoking everywhere, elevators and even ash trays on the balconies, if it's a Non-Smoking building then enforce it, We booked this location specifically for the Non-Smoking feature

The staff are awesome, super friendly and very helpful, rooms are big and beach front views are awesome
