Proximity to Disney Springs

Not really a dislike, but just a point to be aware of. Didn’t realize it was a 10 min walk to Disney Springs. I may have missed that in the hotel description. I didn’t mind but it was a really hot & humid day.

The staff were great! I arrived around 9:30am and they had a room available for me. The next morning they held my bags until I left in the afternoon. Larger, clean and quiet room. Highly recommend.

As I used the hotel basically to rest, all day long outside, can make an opinion during daytime, noise or room services.

My kids loved the hotel, me too, the breakfast buffett even was a little short was delicious, we used it basically to rest but was great fot our espepctations, people of staff very kind.

Our room was facing Interstate 4 and traffic noise was evident. Recommend paying extra for the rooms with the "fireworks" view away from the road.

The breakfast buffet was very good with an omelette station and great table service. There is a small onsite bar with a friendly bartender.

We arrived after 4 and no rooms ready but they got us in a 1st floor room(handicapped) didn’t need it but had to change and get to reservation at Disney Springs. Then the iron leaked all over when using it and shower had water all over bathroom. I wish we had gotten a different room.

The location was great so we could walk to Disney Springs. Staff were helpful .

I didn’t like that I didn’t have time for the pool. That’s it. I liked it otherwise.

The location is very convenient, with easy walking distance to the Disney Springs Area. When we checked in, the receptionist was really nice and passionate, assisting us with getting the Disney early entry set-up and related information.

Only breakfast available was $20 buffet. For a coffee and toast.....there should be a better option.

The bed was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel, super soft and it make it hard to have a good night sleep. There were minor maintenance issues in the room as well.

I didn’t like the concrete balcony as I couldn’t enjoy sitting on deck. Balcony prevents any enjoyable view below. But that was the ONLY thing.

Pool, breakfast, location is nice for walking to Disney Springs, and transport to Disney world was extremely convenient.

A couple of reception staff could have been better. They would not allow room access to my husband who arrived before me and vetoed one who was working to enable access. Another did not follow up on promised actions. Katherine was excellent as was her colleague and a gentleman on the night shift. Room cleaning was sporadic. Our room was not cleaned two days out of eight and occasionally when cleaned floor towels etc were missing.

Great transport to Disney World with close walking proximity to Disney Springs. Free coffee and tea each morning. Pool open till 11pm. Clean facilities.

Eggs tasted processed and came out of the pan in a lump.

Just ok; nothing special. We had a voucher for breakfast but if we had to pay the posted price ($24.95 pp) I would have been very upset.

Housekeeping missed room a couple of days although management were excellent in addressing the issue. Co tinuous music around pool from 8.30am! Breakfast often cold and limited for cost. Arcade cost extortionate. No Disney store onsite!!!

Great location for Disney Springs and short commute, by car, to all Disney theme parks.

Relies too much on Disney attractions and Disney Springs, leaving very limited entertainment/dining/drink options at the hotel itself apart from the pool...

Location was great as it's only about 300 Meters away from restaurants and shops in Disney Springs.

The fountains in the pool are a bit annoying.

Convenient location for the Disney parks with early entry. Walking distance from Disney springs. Comfortable rooms, breakfast included.

There was only 1 option for breakfast - the buffet. It was very over priced. Need to have more options for people who don't want to gorge themselves when eating. We went elsewhere for food. We could also hear the traffic from I-95 while trying to sleep.

Appreciate having 2 options of pillows in the room - firm and soft.

The carpet needs cleaning more regularly. My sinus was acting up because of the dust.

The location is conveniently close to Disney Springs' shopping, and they offer free transportation to all Disney locations.
