We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThey were supposed to have breakfast until 10, they closed it at 9, and no one really seemed to care. The front desk lady stated that she doesn't normally work that shift, so she didn't know. They said there was a new cook and guess they didn't know what was going on.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet.

Location, cost, and convenience to everywhere I needed to be. Whenever I'm in Texas, I stay in Addison. This was the first time I've stayed at the Radisson.

United States of AmericaEverything is just okay. Bed is okay. Fine for a night. Front desk is fine as long as you don’t need too much. A/C is fine as long as you don’t over tax it. Asked for extra pillows and got two pillows without cases. Had to go down to the front desk to get them. Ask for cases said they did have any.
Location in Addison is good compared to the attractions there.

United States of AmericaThe clerk was on the phone with someone for several minutes. We waited while she finished whatever stressful pacing-back-and-forth inducing crisis was through. Yes, personal emergencies happen, but . . . I had made a reservation for my son to arrive two days after us. Either booking.com or they messed up. The clerk said I had two reservations, BOTH starting that night implying that I would have to pay for two extra nights for the second room. When I showed her our email from booking.com with the later check in, she said there was *nothing* she could do. She didn’t suggest a manager, or call reservations, or anything. Maybe she wasn’t fully trained, but I would have hoped she could try to get some help … It was clear the rooms had been around for a while from a little grudge in the corners of the bathroom and the second toilet paper holder that didn’t quite work.
Great breakfast. The bed was massive, and the pillows were lovely. I appreciated the towels.

I stayed in the hotel for straight 35 nights (over a month) in this hotel, which itself is testimony to the fact that I liked so many things about this hotel. The location is excellent as it is bang opposite to Addison Transit Station (very helpful for those without a car) surrounded with so many great restaurants and a beautiful park, all within walking distances. The room itself was great because it was spacious with large windows, very comfortable bed, clean and well-maintained bath, and efficient, diligent, well-mannered housekeeping staff. They also provide unlimited coffee and drinking water with ice at the lobby 24/7, which is pretty awesome. This review would not be complete if I fail to mention the two outstanding staff "Bridget and Judy" at the front desk. They are so warm, welcoming, conscientious, thoughtful, patient, helpful, and pleasing. You have two winners in them. If you have such great staff managing the reception, you will have customers and guests wanting to come back again and again.
