Like location. It was near my daughter apartment. Restaurant was ok. I thought it had buffet style breakfast. Room was kinda small but good enough for what I needed. Of course I had got a room that was near noisy people.. Didn't really sleep good while I was there. The girl that checked me in was not really professional. Didn't go over anything about the hotel . She never asked me about my aarp card. Charged my debit card. I wanted to use my credit card that gave me points for using it. My friend and I couldn't split the bill for she didn't seem to bother helping me with that. I didn't have a bad stay but not a good stay. It was just ok.

The breakfast is at a restaurant on the ground level at the hotel. We had the option to choose from specific part of the menu. The options was not that great and the quality is not either. The service at restaurant was bad and rude sometimes. Tips was added to the bill and I have to pay it weather I like it or not even though I didn't like their service. If I knew about this arrangement I would've booked the room without breakfast and had it at a restaurant of my choice since there was many with better menu and service in the neighborhood. The room had one the new coffee makers that uses special kind of coffee capsules. As a tea drinker, that was inconvenience. I would've prefer having a kettle or the old fashion coffee maker

The location is convenient, close to subway station, many options to eat out, and shopping. The room is clean and housekeeping was on every day basis. The staff at the front desk was helpful and responsive to our needs

The room was very small, with a stated capacity of 4. We were 2 adults and one small child. Otherwise, it would not have worked as we were struggling just to walk past one another to get ready each day (not large people). The bathroom door was 3 feet from the bed, facing the room. The beds were lacking support and old. The pool area was lacking seating. The mats placed around the pool were painful to step on with bare feet. The pool was cloudy.

The location was great. The staff was helpful and kind. They have a lifeguard in the pool area! There is a sauna and a steam room! The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot! There is free laundry on site!

Their breakfast arrangement with the restaurant downstairs is not ideal. We found the restaurant average. The carpet in the room looked dirty. The furnitures are dated with much wear and tear.

Staff were great. They let us have an early check-in without extra cost. They have also been attentive for our needs and requests throughout our stay. The washroom is cleaned and beds are made everyday and felt clean.

The room looks tired, carpets seems to be old, there was this smell as humidity... I was expecting more. The temperature was difficult to manage, and never really right. Felt cold the whole night.

The rooms got cleaned but every time there was an issue with the towels. We never did get a complete set. Once we got no towels at all and had to wait hours. There was one “ houseman” on duty. Poor guy! Whatever you’re paying the staff it’s not enough. The coffeemaker was pathetic. The coffee looked like dishwater. The hallways were dingy. The elevators were slow.

We were on the 14th floor and the view was great. The bed was very comfortable.

Took me three hours to finally arrive at hotel. Called the staff to inform them what was going on and what street I was on and each time they could not guide me in. Lamp next to bed by the window bulb was hanging and did not work. Also, the bedside light was dangling from its socket and did not work. Room had microwave and coffee maker that were not located near a socket and had to use the socket above desk. Did not have an usb port to charge phone.

The cleanliness of the rooms need improvement. You could spot areas that needed care - the skin of the chair was peeling, there were paint spots on the desk, coffee machine was not clean, shower tiles. Also hoped for more complimentary supplies like slippers and toothbrush.

Location was good, staff were helpful, and the bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, I sent clothes our for laundry and they didn't return it on time so I had to leave without 2 blazers that I will be picking up next month in my next stay.

The staff was unfriendly and un accommodating. They were very robotic. We didn’t feel welcomed and the excuse was “oh there’s an influx of people here for the Nicki concert.” Which was our reason as well.

We stayed 3 nights. First night was sketchy, a bit after we had checked in there was a knock on the door checking whether we are in. Then around 11.30 pm someone called to the room but did not speak. And around 5am someone tried to come in our room. Other nights were okay. The doors dont hold noise much, i.e you can hear other people going and leaving their room etc. Also weird that even though it is said that breakfast is included then you can only choose one item from the menu and you need to pay breakfast tip in addition.
