Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWi-Fi was horrible. Many apps on my phone would not perform while Wi-Fi was enabled causing me to have to use the phone's data. Drinks from the Pantry were extremely overpriced! One is better off to stop at a store and purchase what drinks you desire and bring them with you (unless you wish to stick with the cheap free bottled water).

United States of AmericaRude customer service at front desk checking in attendant was on her cell phone which appeared to be a personal call. Amount that booking said I was responsible for was not what the attendant told me. I understand there may be some extra charges or incidentals I wanted to ask about that at check in time but it was very late checking in and I felt like her call was more important than me asking a question or her explaining without asking so I left it alone for the time being, and ask questions later when a new front desk attendant was on duty.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was awful. We only ate there on Sunday morning, thinking it would save us time to get to our planned activities for the day. The eggs were cold and the grits I had were so cold and hard that butter would not melt. The spoon did not even penetrate them! Therefore, we did not eat another meal there.
