Check-in process took quite a long time. Breakfast was scant. Pool was too cold to swim (we had specifically booked this hotel with an indoor pool in the winter so we could swim, so this was a big disappointment).

My 10 year old daughter wanted to go swim but when we looked at the pool it looked like the chlorine didn’t dissolve properly.

Sink VERY slow draining. Ironing board kept collapsing. Hair dryer didn't blow. Power strip didn't work. Mildew in beautiful new shower. Room seemed excessively humid. Steps were a tripping hazard. Otherwise, a great location and good stay.

Dirty towels found in bathroom upon arrival. No wash cloths upon arrival or left for second day. Disposable cups not replaced for second day. Hair in the bathroom. Booking.com listed a breakfast—no breakfast available.

Half of the lights in the pool area were burnt out, therefore making it pretty dark in the evening when we went swimming. Also my bike was stolen off my bike rack. My car was backed up to the walkway/doors. No, it wasn’t locked up, because it wasn’t of much value. We only locked up my child’s Diamondback. I was told there are no cameras on the back side of the property except at the doors.

We were glad to get to go swimming without having to make a reservation. Nice pool area. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The floor of the room was nasty, empty shampoo bottles left in the shower from previous person & the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain. We couldn’t even take a shower without soaking the floor.

Floors were dirty trash behind the toilet stains on the walls it was to humid in the room bathroom door and outside door did not fit in door frame you could see outside and the bathroom you could see who was sitting on the toilet

Not pet friendly had to cancel last minute. Was told pet friendly when made reservation. Want money back now, and everyone is saying no they didn't say that. Then when I get there and I do cancel all clerk says is go to booking.com.

Bed was hard as a rock everything was in pain when I woke up.. definitely would not recommend the bed unless you love extra firm rock for sleep..

It was clean and in a good area of Tyler I liked the bath tub and shower because it was clean .. we paid $100 for a one night stay .. but bed was terrible woke up so sore like I slept on a rock if you enjoy a firm rock this is the place.

Let me start by saying the place is just really out dated, and they are apparently doing renovations. Now, I don't normally write super negative reviews, but I am today. The room was about what I'd expect after walking in the lobby in person. These sites do a good job making the place look nicer than it is. The floors were dirty and the room seemed like it rarely gets cleaned. The bed was basically a fancy floor mat with hotel bedding as far as comfortability goes. The morning we were departing, housekeeping just straight up tried to come in the room while I was in the shower, and while my wife was getting dressed. Nobody knocked or anything. They are very lucky I had the bar over the lock on the door.... We will not go back, and I will never stay in another days inn.

The only positive I can think of was the snacks in the little mini store area weren't hiked up 200% in price.

The first morning I went to take a shower and found the wall covered in someone's hair. We went out for the day after letting the desk know and sending him the picture. When we got back that evening, the bath had been restocked with some new towels thrown onto the shelf, a new floor towel and bath soap, but the hair was still on the wall (circled in pic). The desk agent and a cleaner came to our room. He showed her the issue and she "cleaned" up. She then left her cleaning rag on the tub and stopped the sink drain with tissues... They did not remake the beds at all. We did not receive any more housekeeping for the next night we were there. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The bed and pillows were super comfortable though!
