You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The property was clean, excellent location, however what really stood out was the staff. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast staff, everyone was friendly and showed exceptional customer service.

The staff was so polite and accommodating. The room were clean and I was really excited about the ceiling fans in the rooms. The breakfast was great. The serving staff took pride in making sure every station was clean and food was fresh. Ms. Nora was so sweet and hospitable. She greeted everyone that came for breakfast and thanked everyone for coming. The front desk staff may check-in so easy. Housekeeping made sure each time we left for the day, the rooms were cleaned and ready for another good night sleep.

We had a coffee pot and refrigerator, sufficient bathroom size and nice sofa We booked a king suite to get more room but that gave us a desk that separated the bed from the sofa and there was a tv that swiveled so it could be watched from the bed or sofa. The halll carpet could be cleaned, but other than that and room size it was a nice Hampton Inn
The lobby area is nice with lots of smaller areas for people to gather and visit The hotel is in a nicer area of Montgomery with restaurants and stores close by included shopping

United States of AmericaTrying to find a parking space when returning to the hotel late. Sometimes it’s difficult to get a parking space at night.
The cleanliness of the sheets and room. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to Eastchase shopping mall, Target, DSW shoe store and lots of other stores. There are a good number of restaurants to eat such as Firebirds, The Juicy Crab and Bone Fish grill.
