We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americai didnt like that we had to put trash out to get it emptied and had to put dirty towels out to get clean ones, that is what the front desk told us to do. the cost to stay in a hotel is very expensive, I think the room should be cleaned every day and the bed made/sheets changed everyday as well, like it used to be.

Breakfast was great, staff was kind and friendly, and the hotel SCREAMS CLEAN AND SMELLS AMAZING!! I consistently come back here over and over because it is located in such a wonderful area close to many things in Charleston Downtown and Mt Pleasant. I cannot say enough GREAT things about this property. Thank you to everyone who works there making this such a CLEAN, WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY stay every single time.

United States of AmericaThere is a smell of cigarette smoke immediately entering the lobby. Our room (non-smoking) did not smell, thankfully, even being in the first floor. But the smell was very strong when entering the hotel.
Only about 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, 15 minutes from North Charleston. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great! All the staff was very friendly.
