United States of AmericaWhen me and my coworker came back to our room the we noticed a tiny bolt I stepped on, I just picked up and put it in the restroom, so At the time of the check out when I tried to open the door I found myself with the door handle in my hand, so I went to the front desk and informed the lady about it, and she looked at me like “what did you do? “ I explained to her and we leave. It was kind of embarrassing.
Breakfast was good, that is what I like about Hampton hotels.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The hotel was very clean! Our room was great and the king bed was very comfortable with nice linens!

Costa RicaThis hotel is near the airport, and I thought that it had an airport shuttle. It does not. Let me say this again. THERE IS NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE TO THIS LOCATION. Also, taxis and Uber do not like to go here. It took three tries to get a cab to take me from the airport to the hotel, and it cost a flat $40. I will mention again that this hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport. To get back to the airport, there is only one guy who will pick you up and take you...$60. So add $100 to the cost of the room. Also, almost all restaurants are on the other side of an 8-lane freeway, with two 4-lane access roads from this hotel with no way to walk there. So, little food selection. Bottomline: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAR, DO NOT STAY HERE. Otherwise, the service and rooms are nice. Breakfast is good but served on paper plates with plastic utensils. Believe it or not, the airline had better food service.
Rooms were clean, and it was quiet. Probably because it was empty.

1) There is much too much Noice from the highway. We could not sleep with truck and motor cycles zooming by all night. Much better window insulation is needed. 2) On the Priceline web site this location was advertised as "HAVING A SHUTTLE BUS' TO THE AIRPORT. There was ans is no bus. EXTEMELY and DELIBERATELY MISLEADING!!! We would never have selected this hotel had we known. Management knows about this, but obviously benefits from it, but HILTON does not if it lets this knowingly false advertising stand.

I could hear the people in the room next to me talking watching TV, and they kept going in and out ..also the room a/c didn't work to great it was very hot ..the girl at the front ( Dominique) I believe was very rude when i checked in ...if I hadn't already paid for the room I would have got a hotel somewhere else

United States of Americain the advertising, one of the amenities listed was an Airport Shuttle. That was not true. There wasn’t one. Also, in the description of the hotel, it said that guests were required to wear masks and none did, nor were they asked to. It felt like a very unhealthy and dangerous place. We were very unhappy and felt that our health was put at risk. I would not stay in a Hampton Inn ever again, and would not recommend it to anyone I know.
