We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy room was on the road side and what a busy and noisy main road! Although the window was well glazed, the roar of trucks and motorbikes through the night was very disturbing. The hotel is in a rather dull and forgettable part of the city without any noticeable bars or restaurants close by and it is well out of the downtown so you need to drive to get anywhere slightly interesting for the evening. An average breakfast.
A modern, clean and comfortable hotel with a good sized room and bathroom. It had a large car park which was free. The facilities were as listed but I'd expect a quality hotel to have room safes as standard. Unexciting decor. I'm afraid I don't get how this hotel has been marked as 'fabulous' though.

Breakfast was good. Bathroom was very accommodating for a larger person. I was very happy to find a USB port so I could charge my phone! Despite being on a main street, it was surprisingly quiet!

United States of AmericaThe room was awesome! Very spacious. Bathroom was big and nice. Very clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good. They had complimentary fountain drinks 24/7 which is super cool. The staff was awesome. Only issue I had was with my clothing iron and they brought me a brand new one in about 5 minutes! Would recommend 100% of the time!

Everything about it was great. Everything in the room was clean, fresh, and worked well (fridge, TV, air conditioner, toilet/shower, etc.). Staff were friendly. Breakfast in morning exceeded my expectations. Location is nice and quiet. Close to downtown but far enough away from it. 3rd time staying at this location for leisure trips and definitely will not be my last. Can’t say this about many other hotels I’ve stayed at in the past 2-3 years

Convenient parking and excellent check-in experience! Lobby area was spacious, clean, bright and welcoming! Clerk made immediate changes to my original online reservation to accommodate my 84 year old mom who had joined me. Beds were exceptionally comfortable for good nights' rest. We enjoyed their delicious onsite breakfast and kindness from their staff working. Hotel also offers complimentary coffee, tea, soda 24/7. Would definitely stay again!

Bathroom door closed itself unless you had it all the way open. I didn’t realize that and turned to leave and ran into the door. No damage to me but I was very taken aback l.
All of the staff was very friendly. Facilities very clean. Breakfast was very good.
