The people were very great and the stay was very nice but I would list the room sizes and possibly give an option to pick the room.

We started out in one room and moved to another room that was a little bit bigger. It was really nice that the second room had a small refrigerator.

There was visible dirt and dust falling from the ceiling fan right above my head. Also, we were excited to watch a DVD but couldn’t get the TV/DVD to work.

    Wonderful breakfast.

The breakfast was very nice, but the poor chef had no help. Maybe the person on the main desk could check in with him a few times during the breakfast, check orders, help clear tables, refill coffee...

Old charm. Great bathroom. Comfy bed. Nice location in the middle of down near the main strip.

    Room was a bit cramped.

The Victorian architecture was the main draw for us. Breakfast was a nice added touch. Room was cramped, but that is to be expected in this type of facility. No view, but beach access was very convenient.

The one thing that was a bit strange was when I went to shower. The water temperature kept changing dramatically in both directions even without me having touched anything. I figure that is just how it it in an old house like that. The old plumbing causing the water to potentially be effected by what other guests were doing in their room with their water. That was my only issue but not even one I feel I could fault them on since I don't think there is much that could be done about it. I would still happily visit again.

I had never been to a bed and breakfast in my life but if they're all like this one, I need to visit a lot more. Each room has its own name and unique features which makes me want to keep coming back and stay in them all at least once. The staff was very friendly as well which helped. Nothing was wrong with the cleanliness in our room and everything was perfect. Helps that old architecture is something I enjoy as well.

There was not enough housekeeping staff. We stayed for four nights and our room was never cleaned and we had to ask for clean towels. I know many businesses in the hospitality industry are having problems getting enough workers. Other hotels are only booking as many rooms as they can service.

The staff, particularly the breakfast chef, were very good. I also like the location and ambiance of the property.

The parking. Both days I had to wait for parking to open up and it was stressful trying to find a place to park when we were guaranteed free parking. I suggest room assigned parking spots. The breakfast took over 30 minutes the first day and the one cook/waiter didn't even acknowledge us or bring coffee or juice while we waited.

The Inn was neat and clean. I enjoyed reading and seeing the history of the house. The location was great, near the beach and shopping.

The breakfast was nice, but a change of menu would have been nice. Our room had no shower curtain.

We could have used more blankets & towels. We probably could have obtained more but didn't ask.

Great location. One block to the beach. Walking distance to food & entertainment. We stayed in the 1800s Room. It was comfortable. Mini fridge & microwave was handy. Shower was wonderful! Leo in the dining room was speedy & very kind. We will stay again in the future.

We stay Andrews room, the exit door to the parking is anointed, it was too much noise in the second floor that we could not sleep most the two nights, and there is something outside when it rains makes too much noise in the corner. We love the rain, but not when it hits in something.

We paid for breakfast-still wasn’t ready by 9:00 so we left. We were never reimbursed for this. The VM was full so we couldn’t leave a message.
