This probably regards designated smoking areas. The family next to us smoked on their terrace. Which connected to our terrace. This made it impossible to enjoy our outdoor area or even let in the great morning air. I'm not sure how a property handles this without making the grounds nonsmoking. And that is impossible. But it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the terrace.

Staff friendly. Facilities clean. If you want a sparkling clean pool, spa or a sauna, it's here. Grounds are creatively landscaped for a hot clime. They have a nice automated coffee bar off office area. Plumbing works. Nothing backed up. I hate going into a hotel's shower & standing in dirty water because it's not working. I've never encountered that here.

all was well, met my expectations, no issues

Service was very excellent, the facility is in the middle of a remodel but no construction noises or interruptions occurred. Will be very nice once everything is finished.

Room keys kept deactivating. Had to keep getting them reset. That was annoying.

Modern clean feel. Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Good facilities- pool spa sauna. Comfortable bed. Balcony. Nice bathroom. Updated. Coffee station great. Espresso maker fancy. Free. Snacks available for charge. Everything is close to there.

One of the things I liked about our room was that it had a door that exited to outside. This was very helpful as I was traveling with a service animal. One of the things that was a slight problem was that part of the hotel is currently under construction. This created some difficulty traversing the hotels interior as easily. But noise, dust, were kept to a minimum. Overall, we were very happy & would stay again.

There was some construction happening the last time I was there and want informed at check in, workers and halls and floors covered in plastic. want sure we could walk though. I have stayed here multiple time and this would be the first time this was an issue.

One of our neighbors had 1 or 2 dogs that were barking at 6 in the morning.. walls were thin, and we could hear people talking in the hall at 2 A.M.

A continental breakfast would have been nice. The room will be much better once the renovations are completed and the mess in the halls is cleaned up. But other than that, it's what I would expect for the price that we paid.

They are in the process of renovating the entire hotel. Our room wasn't quite finished, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was all brand new. One of the best parts was that the hot tub, sauna and exercise room were open 24hrs! So with time difference that my body was use to woke me up at 3 or 4 in the morning, I could go down and work out or just relax in the hot tub while my wife slept.

Mattresses are not comfortable. I tried 2 different rooms (accessible and regular). A good mattress should be the 1st thing a hotel focuses on IMO.
