I was staying at the flagship and they said something about a holding fee but I currently didn't see it come back to my account after 2wks they stated(please fix that issue for ppl to see on there account becuz the banks can see that if it was installed back on accounts or not) and then the 2nd thing was....they have everything amazing!!!....except the SPA😩🙌🏽❤️‍🩹 I was looking for it but they kept saying they didn't have one,can someone please tell me where the spa is or if they can maybe,one day, put one in there?? I loveee this place my family does as well but I was so sad when the spa couldn't be found inside,but overall this place is GREAT🥰 AND PERFECT FOR FAMILY GETAWAYS,RAIN OR SHINE!🥰🥰🥰🙏🏽💖💖💖💖🤞🏽💪🏽💁🏽‍♀️👑👑👑👑👑💯

The location was great,a bit fair on the boardwalk if ur walking but if not it's perfect for privacy and the eatery was currently being remodeled at the tyme so hopefully this next visit it'll be completed😇🤞🏽💖🙏🏽💪🏽💯 The gym, arcade,and pool/hot tub rooms were AMAZING 🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🙌🏽💯

The windows in my room were dirty. I would have been able to enjoy the view better if they were clean. There is no option to extend stay if needed.

The resort needs a deep clean. Carpets need cleaned or replaced. Housekeeping came to our room opened the door twenty till 11 and we were still getting packed up and ready. They should really knock and wait for someone to answer. We even had the don't disturb magnet on the door. The room we booked had a balcony connected to the room as well as the living room. That's not what we got. The staff didn't explain anything. Not where to park not how to use the elevator or where they even were. Didn't explain how to get to our room or where anything was or what time it closed. Didn't even tell me my room number. Just handed me the papers and that was it.

I liked the big balcony, our bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space.

Needs renovating, Needs cleaning!, the check in staff wasn't very professional, a lot of the building was molded as well, for the price, more was expected, than received.

The room was a good size, love the fact they had balconies, wasn't far from plenty of eating options, but there is also a kitchen if you prefer to cook instead.

The facility air pump for the car was broken and I needed it, my tire was going flat. Its company policy to have one accessible on-hand. There was a roach in my bedroom we were on the 20th floor.

Ocean front wasn't available at the time I had a view of Absecon and not Brigantine. They were under reconstruction, and the restaurant and bar on the upper floor were not available.

Parking availability, great customer service, and a safe and warm feeling. Nice for family, great environment. I'm bringing my grandkids next time.
