The hotel is old and needs to be updated. There are no trash cans on the floors. The carpet is very dirty.

The staff was nice and it is easy to get to from the interstate.

The TV in the room did not work. I notified the front desk. They never stated that it could be fixed but that a lot of their TVs were going out. They offered a discount on the room but at checkout this was not noted anywhere. I booked the room for 3 people, there were only 2 sets of towels in the room. We asked for more towels only to be told they had none to give. I was told that the room I booked was for 2 people only which was not correct, if so the site would not have allowed booking for 3. So my 13 year old had to use hand towels for showering and drying. It was hard to adjust the thermostat in the room so we went from one extreme to the other.

I liked the location of the property. I also liked the overall setup of the room I booked.

The room smelled weird , the TV didn’t work , the phone didn’t work , I’d only got two towels when I got a double queen suite , the breakfast wasn’t ready …. for how much I paid and the name of the hotel that you actually expect something nice was really disappointing, I wouldn’t stay there again

On the website, I selected that I needed a King bed with a pullout sofa. When I arrived they said the reservation was just a King bed. They were able to find a roll bed to bring into the room because there were no other rooms available. We were there for an event and all rooms were full. The website lead me to believe that my reservation was complete and correct for the person traveling with me. I was disappointed that it turned out not to be the case.

The staff went out of their way to try and correct the mistake Booking.com made.

The bed had a huge blood stain on it. I took a picture of it and showed it to management and I was told that nothing could be done because they were booked for the weekend. The towels were not clean at all. My wife had to go to Walmart to purchase new towels. Neither tv worked and I notified them at the front desk and I was told that they would be sending up someone to fix it but the maintenance guy never showed up. During this time, this area was under a tornado warning and a tornado actually struck and caused damage and we couldn’t even follow the local news. My room was also infested with ants. My wife and daughter were bitten. I told the front desk and they offered to change my sheets. They didn’t even offer bug spray. I had to purchase it myself. It was a terrible experience.
