Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThere was useful text service that told you when room was ready but automated kiosk check in process was a mess n confusing, I and others just gave up n checked in normally at desk, pity as it seemed good idea.
My first time staying here, a bit above my usual budget but very nice place, room was lovely, rooftop pool bar is fun but smallish stand about pool not really for swimming. Lots of food options in hotel or nearby.

United States of AmericaLoud, can be super load when there is a party. Weed smell, a lot of folks smoke in the rooms though it is forbidden. Uncomfortable bed. No freezer(100 in June), so trips to the ice machine are going to be frequent.
Location is really good one, 5 min to Fremont Experience certainly have a lot of value. Low the amenities too, good pool, decent restaurant place. Worth to spend a weekend. Keep in mind far from the Strip but there is a 24/7 bus service close by.

United States of AmericaWe didn't find anything we didn't like except the pool closed early. We had our kids and when it's hot we like to go a little later when it's not the heat of the day.
Breakfast was good at the Cafe, food was reasonable also

AustraliaOur room was mostly clean, although we did find a used cigarette in the corner of our room.
Hotel is right off Fremont street! Great location. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was convenient having the small casino and restaurant downstairs. We were very satisfied with our stay.

FranceDifficult to arrive with one car, one small child, many luggages, the parking was not on the same block... Some help would have been appreciated for the price we paid : even just offer us to store our luggage in the lobby while going to park the car... but no
Room was great !!! We didn't have the chance to enjoy the swimming pool because of the wind but it looked lovely.

United States of AmericaSink was clogged and staff had to come unclog it. No blackout curtains so had to get used to sleeping in daylight. The windows are thin so noise from Fremont is very audible, even though we were facing 3rd St. One day for whatever reason we staff/housekeeping never answered the phone so it was impossible to get in touch with someone to get extra towels.
Great location close to Fremont. Small casino downstairs and convenient food options nearby. Bed was comfortable and being able to add on the fridge and microwave in-room was very useful. Free parking also a huge plus.

United States of AmericaThe elevator took too long and only 1 was working on EDC weekend. Also, there was a lot of partying and loud music, so the walls are not sound proof.
The hotel is convenient and there are stores and restaurants within walking distance!

United States of AmericaOnly issue people may have is, you can hear the concert going on from your room. This may be an issue for those who are sensitive to loud music. Plus, the mobile check in did not work for me and still ended up having to wait in line.
I love the location and the amount of food options near by. I love this location far more than the strip! There is so much to do near by. The hotel is very nice and more than enough for anyone.

United KingdomA long walk from the room to the lobby - but that's the way of things in Vegas!
Late checkin being available was very helpful as my flight didn't arrive till late evening. Other people have complained of noise from Fremont Street but I thought the noise levels were reasonable (I was on quite a high floor, maybe that helped?)

United States of AmericaThere a a festival going on and the pool was very very loud and very very crowed.
Problem when I first checked in, they tried to give me a down graded room. I didn’t want it, I wanted and booked a deluxe king in the gallery tower. Then they tried to upgrade me to a king studio. Again I wanted what I booked.

United States of AmericaThe music from the neighboring property was ridiculously loud until around 2 am. Of course it's not the properties fault but should be aware. It's away from the madness of Fremont street but close enough to walk there.
Great hotel with lot of different restaurant choices. It's not ridiculously crowed and we won some money!!

United States of AmericaIt was a little noisy from the street outside. It's downtown Las Vegas so there isn't much they can do to help the noise level, but it's a factor for some.
The staff were very nice, polite and professional. They were even able to provide a business receipt.

United States of AmericaSub par drinks in casino though. I know they are "free' while gambling but low cost well liquors were very apparent. The pool could have used more chairs versus couches. The elevator in the parking garage was out of service. Older folks would find going up and down the stairs challenging. Very small casino but that was expected.
Pool was as advertised and what we expected. Drink prices were good at the pool. Free parking was convenient and easy in and out.
