United States of AmericaIm an African American woman who wanted a front room so I could see the view and enjoy but seems like certain people are entitled to the front rooms only. If I request a room on front I would like staff to try and accommodate me especially when rooms are vacant. No I've machine broken entire stay.

United States of AmericaThe roaches. It was ran down. The walls hadn't been clean in a long time. I did a stupid thing and moved the fridge. The roaches came running out. Roaches in the bathroom.
It is close to many choices in food. The bed was comfy which was good cause I didn't come out of it cause the roaches.

UkraineThree days no enternet connection, hot water I was waiting 15-20 minutes, alarm system detector yelled every minute until maintenance replaced the battery. Fire system was broken and yelled almost 5 minutes. I was crazy from that noise. It was the worst hotel Red roof in my life.

Germanyroom smelled like smoke although we booked a non-smoking room front-desk man walked away upon seeing us walk in the check-in area. after 2 minutes he returned talking on the telephone. he checked us in while speaking on the telephone and was overall very unresponsive to questions. not a very welcoming first impression!
