Didn't get my room as promised a king room

With the exception of the young man who checked us in, the staff seemed stand offish. They gave very little information. A faculty brochure or map in each room would be helpful. Not just a menu. And there was a loud party in the bar that went on until midnight. It would have been nice to be placed away from the party. We were tired after a long days travel and couldn't settle down until the music stopped.

Clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, spacious room. Nice facilities.

Had to check in on my phone due to computer down, and when I asked if there was a discount for Firefighters or nurse I was told yes but depends on availability.. but no option to do on phone reservation.. the check in attendant not very friendly

Nothing except no wine openers and they do not sell screw top wine bottles either! And there’s no lotion in the room, to go with the other amazing products!

All the details and all it has to offer…the beds are so comfortable…And the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were amazing (and love the large pump bottles rather than the little individual bottles)…the restaurant and everything sold up front (food, drinks, snacks, toiletries, etc)…very impressed for that area!

Spa was green-ish and they had some wedding or party event there and non-guest took all the parking that should be reserved for guests. So, one of the nights I had to park in a back alley in my own hotel as a paying guest.

We have family in the area and stay there when we visit. We are unable to walk a long way and they find us a room close to the back exit which is a short walk. The cafe has too limited choices in the evening. We will keep returning.

The only thing that was off was that housekeeping neglected to take dirty washcloths out of the bathroom and left them on the sink. Just an oversight, I'm sure.

I expected a restaurant but, what you have is a 7/11 type of cellophane wrapped dry sandwiches. Good reasonable food is available a short walk from the hotel.

The price was a bit much for a small room for a single night but it was a last minute stay.

All good As per all hotels, the convenience of in-house snacks and meals are much to high;especially when surrounded by so many choices of sit down and fast food restaurants literally minutes away

We didn't like our bites or the fact that the staff did nothing to help with our situation.

We were unsatisfied with our stay we woke up one morning with bites on arms and legs possibly bed bugs we notified the staff but nothing was done as they showed no concern.
