Plenty of parking, decent size tv and the coffee station was clean.

I reserved two rooms, in one of the rooms, didn’t neither one of the two televisions worked. I’m my second room, one of the televisions didn’t work. The water in the shower took a long time to get hot. Then I think there should be more pressure to the shower heads. Also for the price of the rooms, they should offer complimentary breakfast and coffee.

I didn't get the size room I reserved based on booking.com it called for 600 Sq. Ft in size but I was set in a room that was 300 Sq. Ft. In size.

I enjoyed the environment of the facility. Staff friendly and respectful.

Still trash from previous guest in trash cans. Bistro never seemed open. Nearby freeway was loud.

The room had a broken microwave and I had to go downstairs everytime I had to use the microwave. Children everywhere, due to a soccer tournament. Children were running down halls and left unattended - MAJOR security issue. I purposely stayed in the elevator with a lone little girl, age 8 or 9, when a man entered the elevator. I made sure she got off at her floor.

The staff in the restaurant was outstanding. The cook and Jameisha (Cashier) went way above what you would expect in service. You are lucky to have these wonderful employees.

The employees did not have a mask on to help with public safety. When I got in the shower the viles were emplty with shampoo, body wash etc.

As a design engineer, I believe the shower design and construction were poor. Due to design, water invariably will be spilled out back and then pooled in floor only to be toweled or mopped up. The size of shower was nice, but water issue was not good. I'm surprised there's not leaking from one floor to one below.

Breakfast just average. Could be improved with additional fruit, more hot foods, and variety on offerings.

We got zero sleep due to a girls softball team knocking on doors and screaming the entire night.

Check-in time my wife and I arrived in town a little early, thinking that we could check in about 3 o’clock. Little disappointed that a team tournament was leaving and all the rooms were not clean. Wish we had been informed in advance so we waited until 5:00 pm to check in.

No free breakfast. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I paid for a sweet with a pull out couch bed the room was small and the couch was a twin love seat. I paid 440 for 2 nights and it just wasn't worth it at all

Wish they had a continental breakfast of some kind. They have a bistro, but it is really geared toward adults. Not kid friendly.

Friendly staff. Complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. The rooms were great. Very comfortable beds. Having the mini fridge and microwave were a plus since I had kiddos with me. Took advantage of the pool. Not huge, but just right. My grandson and friend loved it. Workout area was nice as well. This is a very nice hotel. Would recommend.

Room temperature was very uncomfortable because a PTAK unit was competing with a broken wall thermostat. Cold air pumped into the room nonstop. In addition, the hotel was next to the highway with poor windows so we heard road noise all night. Coffee drinks at the Inhouse Starbucks were incorrectly made and were extremely sweet. Finally, the water faucet was installed incorrectly on the sink and did not stick out into the bowl so you could not really put your whole hand under the faucet. This was a dumb mistake and the installation should have been redone. The result was water running all over the sink top.
