The hotel smelled really musty. Carpets and floors we’re not clean.

Dirty rooms, dirty floors throughout, unkept staff, the manager was invalidating and not accommodating, snd there were several issues: stained carpet, no soap in our room, tv would not work (we were told, “the internet is just slow”), ceiling leaked water from room(s) above, old toothbrush found under the sink, hair/ dirt in shower, sink drain clogged—would not drain—needed maintenance to fix it while we were all in the room, and the hallways smelled like smoke—marijuana.

We did not like this hotel. It was very dirty, staff were not accommodating with the uncleanliness of our rooms, and there were various issues throughout the hotel.

There was way too much noise in the hotel. My refrigerator made the worst noise ever. The bed wasn't too comfortable either. Also, there was no alarm clock or regular clock in the room I stayed in.

I liked the size of the breakfast that they had. There was a lot of selection. The lady at the front counter was really nice and welcoming as well.

The room was dirty, hadn't been vacummed, tub didn't drain, refrigerator had not been wiped out had food stuck inside. No ice in the ice machine no snacks in the snack machine, Trash containers overflowing onto the floor.

Extremely dirty carpet had stains everywhere. Room bathroom had used soap bars left in tub area and shower faucet leaked. Refrigerator was left open freezer was defrosted water leaked onto floor. Windows were left open holes in screen bugs were coming in. Floors were dirty and sticky. Very disappointing for how much you pay that the owners cannot take the time to update the property and be able to train staff how to clean properly.

The sofà bed is very bad...impossible to sleep there. So for a family like us, half of the family did not sleep!

It is the worst part of the whole hotel... scrambled eggs terrible, not eatable, like sponge. The body of the waffle even worst, too liquid, very bed after cooked... far away below sufficient level... fruits limited to bananas, no fruit basic salad,. Bred tast poor quality, no Nutella....

The mattress on the bed was very old..very sunk in towards the middle. The price I paid for that room was not worth the uncomfortable bed. Also..the entire front of the property and the lobby area smelled like weed.

The property itself was very nice. The rooms were clean and the desk staff was very friendly.

Tvs in both rooms didn't work in lounge area if the room. Tvs worked in bedroom but not sitting area. One room smelled musty. Hallway reeked of pot.

Bathroom had dirty floors and grout. Stains on carpeting. Room was next to noisy part of hallway. Woke us up each day. Do not like the shallow sinks in the bathroom. There was a large bug on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived. No fresh fruit in the breakfast and no cranberry juice.

Location is good...close to food and highways. Liked the morning newspaper. Husband liked th cookies.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel attendant didn’t answer the phone all night I called and complained about the air not working and bugs biting me a manger was suppose to contact me and never did I feel as if I didn’t get my moneys worth

Problems with check in. Problems with other guests every night with slamming doors yelling and talking loudly in the halls all night long. Didn’t get any sleep. Nothing was done even though I complained several times. I was asked if I wanted to check out at 12:30 in the morning when I wasn’t the problem. They should have had the trouble makers leave the hotel not me. Also very uncomfortable beds. Cold coffee.

Super clean hotel! Pool was up to date and clean. Nobody had a reaction to the chemicals in the water which is fantastic. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Friendly staff!!!

Entry doors jammed, unuseable. Hallways always dirty. Pool and hot tub was cold. There are finer places to stay.

The week day woman, LIlie was great at this position. Persantation, cleanliness, friendliness was great! Week end gentleman needs to be retrained, it was filthy and empty, cold! Only ate one weekend. Room was clean. Front gentlemen on 2nd shift was very hard working, thorough and pleasant.

My bed was off the box spring both beds so my bed was unstable the covers were very lumpy and had stains on them some of the towels had black stains on them as well the breakfast needs more options it was the worst the eggs were very watery and you got little diced ham everyone doesn’t eat ham the waffles were great and if you’re staying more than a night house keeping don’t come to make your beds or see if you need anything in the morning. Also the phone didn’t work in the room I had to call the front desk from my cell phone unprofessional because I could’ve been a older couple who doesn’t have a cell phone and need some assistance. Or if someone was attempting to break into my room I couldn’t call no one so they’ll know I’m in danger
